It took almost 2 weeks for the repair eventually i was told it was because the part wasn’t available . I was never offered a loaner car. I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Century West BMW. From my first phone call inquiring about a used car on their lot, to driving out with my new gently owned and beautifully appointed vehicl West BMW. Chris helped me with an oil change today. He was very nice and got me in and out before the end of the day. Poor communication. General organization is not what I would expect. Very inflated prices.
