Chris the service advisor was very helpful and accommodating providing a great loaner while the device was being done. They performed my first scheduled service visit, installed updates for a reca accommodating providing a great loaner while the device was being done. They performed my first scheduled service visit, installed updates for a recall which included other updates solving an Apple CarPlay GPS drift issue and ordered a replacement part so all in all a great experience! More

The people that work here are lovely… avoid BMW of BevHills at all cost. I’ve bought both my BMWs from BevHills and made the mistake of taking them in for service in the past, was the worst experience BevHills at all cost. I’ve bought both my BMWs from BevHills and made the mistake of taking them in for service in the past, was the worst experience of my life, and I served in the US Navy during Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom. Service Advisor was off the day I picked up car. Had to chase the car down. No one seemed to own the situation. After I paid, I realized I had a $50 gift card. They would not allow me apply since " Had to chase the car down. No one seemed to own the situation. After I paid, I realized I had a $50 gift card. They would not allow me apply since "ticket was closed". It just laziness. Your telling me the transaction could not be modified 2 minutes later. That's the kind of thing that leaves a bad taste in people's mouth. After coming here for 15 years, I'll be going elsewhere. More
