I spoke to Botan and Brian they made up for it they did everything to make sure this was corrected and my car was taken care of. Thank you Century West BMW for Botan and Brian H. they are very professional and welcoming . The service was very fast got a loaner and it was fun to drive. Thanks again I will be back! More
