The service department is an absolute joke. I'm not entirely sure where to start... do I start with when they rear-ended someone driving my car and kept it for almost 3 months? Or do I start with how they tell me they are working on the car but I have evidence they haven't touch it? I've had electrical issues with my car since I drove it off the lot and the service department's best skill is gaslighting. I have recorded evidence of the issues, I've brought the car in numerous times, and they hold firmly that nothing is wrong with the car and they are unable to duplicate the problem. Hilariously, these clowns have no idea that the BMW app shows the last time the car was locked, hood was open, etc. So when they are holding on to my car for over week at time like they recent did, I can see they didn't touch it since the day after it was dropped off. They also returned the car to me FILTHY like it had been sitting outside for a week. I recently brought my car in because it malfunctioned in over 100 degree heat, the malfunction made the car UN-DRIVABLE. I called the dealership as it was happening and spoke to Luis. On the phone with him I made an appointment for a few days later, which was the earliest they had an appointment with a loaner car available. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. 10 days later they told me they "changed the key battery and topped up the fluids" Meanwhile, my car had just been in for it's annual service 1 week before THIS incident happened. They then said they couldn't find any malfunction, and everything is fine. They were also unable to show me any evidence of the test they ran on it outside of the 5 point inspection showing me my wheels and brakes. They also told me they topped up the fluids and when I asked why they needed to be topped up, they admitted to lying about the fluids and in fact they did not do that. They supposedly checked the tire pressure but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt they didn't because if they did, they are completely incompetent, the pressure was totally lopsided. Another favorite is when they "explained" to me that when it's hot outside the car doesn't work properly... a $90k car doesn't work in the heat apparently. Side note, while the service department had my car, I called and left multiple messages to check the status and was never called back, never communicated with in any way whatsoever, until they told me to pick up my car. This service team is a joke, this car is a joke, this dealership is scam. Do not work with these people. More

I was consulted properly on exactly what my car needed, the work was done quickly, and the lo especially Eddie and Romelia in the service department.
