When i got to their dealeahip he show me one that almost perfect to what i want as one option i am asking for was really out of my price range. W A R N I N G Read this Drove all the way from San Diego to look at a white Porsche Cayenne and Mark was our salesman. We confirmed our appointment and when we got there the car had a big dent in the passenger door which was not in the pictures. They agreed to fix if we bought it and it became very obvious this is a get them in get them out very very unprofessional dealership. Mark put us on a test drive with some young guy who basically took us around the block and we drove for 2.5 hours. They appraised our 2017 BMW X1 and offered us $8,000 below wholesale dealer trade in. Mark said BMW is a great car but they are the worse depreciation vehicles and he said there even worse then a Kia and handed us our keys and showed us out. This was a BMW dealership and he was knocking his own brand and that was his sales technique. This place is a joke, and we brought cash to buy the Porsche. There are thousands of dealership STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, take your money somewhere else. Mark lost a sale because he was simply a poor salesman with no sense of how to treat clients. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

Horrible Experience! I've worked with many BMW dealerships in the SoCal area, and my experience with Century West BMW has been the worst by far. I worked with the sales r I've worked with many BMW dealerships in the SoCal area, and my experience with Century West BMW has been the worst by far. I worked with the sales representative Zach (floor manager), who deserves to be fire. We made a deal on the phone and I drove there to pick up the car. However, he LIED to me and said it would take 1 full day to run the paperwork for the rebate, when in reality the dealership across town was able to run it in about 5 minutes. It turns out Zach was just trying to get me out of the dealership. He called me when I got home saying he changed his mind and didn't want to do the deal. I tried speaking to the General Manager, Chris, who also turned out to be a horrible representative of the dealership. I called and waited on hold to discuss Zach's lies to me, but he refused to answer my call. He told his secretary that he did not wish to accept my call and for me to not call back. Chris would not even give me an explanation as to why he did not want to do the deal. Long story, short: DO NOT use this dealership. And if you do, definitely do not work with Zach. More
