The quality of the cars coming out of this dealer is obviously terrible. I would never again buy from this dealer. After 6 months we now need to change the front brake pads. Unbelievable. More

Talked with Mark N., and he gave me some background on a used M4 they had. It had damage that was supposedly fixed by BMW NA (which apparently BMW NA doesn’t actually do), so I asked him to make sure there was no visible issues with the repair. He assured me that he and ‘his guys’ were out that morning looking at it and all was great. I drove 2.5 hours to the lot and the car looked like someone and rubbed sand paper against the door and fender. Mark told me they would work to buff out the scratches, but only if i bought it first. Later that night he let me know that they would work on the scratches and look at a wheel that had damage. Texted him the next day and he said they wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days. I texted back “I’m confused, do you not want to sell the car?”. He immediately texted back that he was very busy and tried to hand me off to another sales person after dealing with him for 2 days. Called the dealer and was transferred to Sha who was initially sketchy when asked about his position there. When asked directly, he said that Mark reported to him. I explained the situation. He gave me the speech that they learn in customer service training and assured me he would research the situation and call me back. He never did. I drove 2.5 hours back up to LA that day and bought an M4 CS from a non-bmw dealer. They were easy to deal with. Was treated like a kid who they assumed wouldn’t actually purchase the car. Ran around, handed off, and generally treated like crap. Oh and after talking with a friend at BMW, turned out most of what Mark told me on the background of the car was false. So maybe i should thank them? More
Sales gentleman, Botan, was great. The GM or finance manager added some last minute markups that were frustrating and they didn’t offer incentives; I had to ask. Typical BMW dealership is much more transparent and customer focused. This felt like a typical car dealer experience. More
I’ve been coming here for the past 14 years. Best place to either buy a brand new car or to have it serviced. Their professionalism and customer understanding is outstanding. Very helpful. Walked in for a new tire. Took care of that, got a video of a multi point inspection and a new battery for the fob. Thinking of switching to them Walked in for a new tire.
