Car was returned with vacuum pump disconnected and service department tried to charge me to repair. Alen Yadegar from the service department is amazing. I had an appointment for full inspection. We had some oil change and other stuff done. The check in time was less than 10 minutes. As always I have found their work on my car timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. Car was ready for pick up after 3 hours and they included a car wash. Thank you Alen and Century West BMW for the best customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 9 years. My cars are only leased or purchased from this location. Ask for Shahin Sabzehroo if you need a new car. He is the best sales manager. More
I brought in my X3 for service that was previously done by not a BMW repair shop, I had made an appointment on line to see one of the service technician.,(i had never been to this dealership) But my vehic by not a BMW repair shop, I had made an appointment on line to see one of the service technician.,(i had never been to this dealership) But my vehicle needed service so I figure why not. I had made the appointment to see (Fredi Urieta) the service technician. He was very knowledgeable understood my problem , i decided to leave my vehicle there for service and I have to say he was great, in every way, i needed to picj the used parts ( i wanted to get refund from the other shop for the bad work they did on m car) and he got me those parts back, Thant you much Fredi. was able to get my money back in ways thanks to his help.....I would certainly recommend this place for service. and if I"m in the market fr a new BMW this will def be the place to go More
Strange follow up service. Interaction started with service advisor telling me he remembered me from my first service because I didn’t leave him a good review telling me “thos Interaction started with service advisor telling me he remembered me from my first service because I didn’t leave him a good review telling me “those reviews matter”. Somewhat awkward and unprofessional. Service advisor and I sat in my vehicle as I showed him the issues needing service (NAV, apps, voice control). He assured me there was likely no issues, that Spotify was likely discontinued for my vehicle and that the vehicle was behaving normal. The issues started abruptly and had never happened before thus I advised I’d like to proceed with service either way. Ultimately, it was discovered by a tech. that my subscriptions for NAV, apps and voice had expired (unbeknownst to me as this is my first BMW). I didn’t realize Inhad received a free year of these services and needed to purchase again. It took three minutes to navigate to the Connected Drive Store, purchase the necessary services and add them to my vehicle. Service advisor also said my vehicle would be washed before I picked it up and it wasn’t. The same happened last time. While unrelated to the issues needing service, setting expectations and then disregarding them is just frustrating. Five stars to Romelia Padilla for her professionalism, attitude and positive “we got this” attitude. Really appreciated that. More
