Rather than admit to an honest mistake, it was made out to be a fault entirely of my own that could not be covered by warranty, and so I had to pay over $1000 to fix it. Not fair, and not how you treat a loyal customer who has spent so much money at your business in the past. My recommendation is one with reservations. More
