The service department is horrible . I have had my car in 2 times and both times the service was the worse . No one communicates and they just don’t care about clients . Very impressed with the after-sales service at Century West - their app makes scheduling service easy, fast and efficient. Doug, who handled my car’s service, took the time to explain the problem and the West - their app makes scheduling service easy, fast and efficient. Doug, who handled my car’s service, took the time to explain the problem and the solution, provided a loaner and got my car back to me by the end of the day, fixed, and washed.
