Got an service appointment for 745 am 3-16-23, Brought the car in for a factory recall service of the PCV valve at 745 am, the service adviser (Michael Hildago) was late and we had to wait for some one el the car in for a factory recall service of the PCV valve at 745 am, the service adviser (Michael Hildago) was late and we had to wait for some one else to check us in (20 minute wait). I called later that day and asked what was going on Michael sent me a video showing his inspection of the car and repair recommendations. I responded to the video and I refused the work he was showing. He sent me another text saying he would contact me and let me know when the car would be completed. By 330pm I had not received any response from Michael and he did not answer the phone, i then contacted manager Luis and requested information regarding the status of the car. He texted me about an hour later and said he was checking and would let me know when the car would be completed. By 730 pm (closing time for the dealer). No on had called or texted me any information. On 3-18-23 at 920am I called Luis and left a voice mail requesting information on the car. At 950 am I called Michael and left a message on his voice mail to call me regarding the car. By 11am no had responded, I called the main number and explained to the operator my problem and she put me in contact with Eddie Perez who looked up what was going on and said my car was ready for pick up. Never explaining the delays, why my car was kept for two days or why no one else had responded to my calls and texts. I will never return to this dealer, for service or another car. The place is a joke. More

I never take my car to official BMW service, I either fix it myself or take it to the guy down from my street and get it fixed. I brought my car to an official BMW service for the first time, I brought it for a recall, but out of curiosity I asked them about couple of issues I have with my car. And I was thinking this was going to be a sticky situation where they try to get as much from you a possible, but no, first of all they sent me a video of their inspection showing what is RIGHT and what needs attention with my car, which was very pleasant surprise for me, then I asked for quote then they gave me the quote including all the repairs. Everything is done either online or through texting which is fantastic. I looked at the estimates they gave me, you can pick the one you like, deny the ones you don't, no one is there to try to sell you the service. I loved it. Did my selection, got my service, I picked up my car, it is washed and clean. I never knew I'd leave an official BMW service happy, this is why I'm writing this review, If you love your car like I do, consider taking it to an official service, because they'll take care of your car nicely. I'm very very impressed. Narek was my service advisor and he responds to the texts which makes everything so much easier. Perfect. Thank you! More
