Better off driving to Charlotte!! My girlfriend bought a car from these people and had to take it back for warranty work, they damaged a kickplate while doing the warranty work. She made three trips after the scheduled warranty work before she finally got her car back and they did nothing to cover her time of over 6 1/2 to 7 hours or mileage which was over 350 miles not even fill her tank up with gas Bonnie and Jesse would not even answer the phone or return phone calls, this place is useless!! Oh I almost forgot the worst part, one of the three trips from Shelby to Greenville was because they asked her to bring the loaner car back because someone was interested in buying it. She even stopped and put gas in the xxxx thing!! More

Incompetence at it's best. Will never go back to Greenville We took our Mini in because the engine light was on for the 2nd time in a year. It coded as a loose gas cap. They claimed they replaced it but the engine light was still on. Made another appointment to bring it back to leave it the next week when a loaner car was available. Got a call from Bonnie that the loaner was not available and would call when one was. She never called. I called and left messages several times a week for a month and she never called me back. At the end I was begging her to call me because the tag had expired, taxes were overdue and we had to pass inspection before we could renew the tag and pay the taxes. The car failed inspection because the engine light was on. I explained this to her in several of my messages. She ignored my pleas for help. So we take the car to Charlotte and guess what? It was the gas cap. They did not replace it like we were told. I don't know what you people are doing down there but you cost me 2 days work that I had to take off for nothing. You should either fire Bonnie or train her on how to return a phone call. She needs to learn that you never, under any circumstances, ignore a customer, and find mechanics who know how to actually repair the Minis. What we went through is totally unacceptable. In the future, we will go out of our way to Charlotte, where they actually know what they are doing and care about their customers. Century Mini Greenville FAILED!. More

I was told they had other lenders besides Mini. The finance manager took less than 45 minutes to turn down credit indicating to me nothing is considered but the credit score . I did inquire if a certain credit score was required - and informed no they had many lenders to work with. More

Mini Cooper Countryman S repair I bought a used Mini Cooper Countryman S, and needed to get it checked and a game plan on PM (Preventive Maintenance) and you guys were awesome in fin I bought a used Mini Cooper Countryman S, and needed to get it checked and a game plan on PM (Preventive Maintenance) and you guys were awesome in finding some issues and getting them covered under warranty. What really impressed me was when I brought it in some minor repairs and your technicians quickly found that the oil pressure sensor was faulty and needed a new one... Bonnie was great in helping me run it through my 3rd party extended insurance and between us they took ownership and help pay for the $1200 repair which was mostly manual hours in removing parts and reassembly... I only paid the deductible and being on fixed income it was send by the River Gods (avvid WW kayaker humor)... Feel very comfortable with the whole crew and Hagen was a pleasure to bring in the Mini at first and helped me understand the ropes.... More

Not only did he help me on the day I was there, the very next day I called him on a question about the car's performance and he was "spot on" with the answer that alleviated my concerns. Worst experience I have had and regret that I now have to drive to Charlotte just to get my mini serviced. Miss my dealership in Iowa. More
