A couple of misses on the checklist - keyless entry and Apple CarPlay did not work - goops guess those check marks don't mean actually checking....Our salesman Alex was outstanding - seemed tone the only person doing any work at the dealership. A return to service squared away the problems - wrong door code for keyless entry and a bad media hub on the Sync 3 keeping CarPlay for m working. All good ....uh, where is the paperwork showing what was done? Staff had no clue. Alex to the rescue again - picked up the repair paperwork and we are off and running with our new ride.
