It was a no pressure situation. The experience made me feel comfortable in purchasing a another vehicle the next day which was a 2015 GMC Canyon pickup truck. The staff was able to meet my needs here as well. I would highly recommend Century Buick/GMC to friends and family. More

Then it got crowded but I should of been out before all those people. That's the reason why I chose an earlier appointment. I still love you guys! More
Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Test drove a leftover 2013 Buick Encore and loved it! When trying to make a deal the salesman would only take $666 off the sticker price. Was called back by the finance manager and was asked to come back and see the sales manager. When we arrived we were greeted by the same salesman (within in seconds of getting out of the car) and not the sales manager. He told us the car I test drove and loved had been sold. He then takes us to look at the 2014s on the lot. He insisted we test drive again. Like 2014s were different than 2013s. There was no difference in the way it drove, sounded or handled...so the test drive was a waste of time. When we tried to deal again he took off a big $400. WOW! Contact all your friends so they can make a great deal also! Tried over and over again to get him to lower the price of the car to no avail. Never did meet with the sales manager. So, that was just a ploy to get us back into the showroom to try and sucker us into paying, basically, full price for a car. The day after we met with John the second time about the Encore the one that was sold over a week ago magically appeared on the lot once again. It made my husband and I feel like they were trying to get us to buy a newer and more expensive Encore. We were never contacted by anyone about the 2013 re-appearing. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More

I have been a customer of Century Buick for over 15 years. If you live in the Tampa Bay area and are looking for a dealership that you can call home, this is it. The Sales staff are friendly, respectful and honest. They care about the customer. When I need to get my car serviced, I will only bring it to Century Buick. They have the most courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff I have ever seen. They always greet you with a smile. They clearly explain what needs to occur. Then the fix your car the first time. If you live in Tampa, you must bring your car to these guys. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Once you bring your car here, you will never want to go anywhere else. It is refreshing to be treated with respect and honesty when you get your car serviced. I highly recommend Century Buick. More

Took my brand new Denali in for 22' wheels and tires. While in the shop they wrecked my front bumper, they were very unprofessional about it almost joking about it like it was nothing, well it was someth While in the shop they wrecked my front bumper, they were very unprofessional about it almost joking about it like it was nothing, well it was something to me! They had to keep my vehicle and replace the bumper. They never apologize or offered any recourse, I had to ask what they would do to compensate me for the inconvenience. The service employee, Jacin, said he had to ask his manager, Guy Denig, who said he would not give me any discounts, for this misshapen, he called it, I call it a wreck! When I talked to Guy he was very rude and still no apology for wrecking my brand new truck. Very bad customer service. All I wanted was a simple apology for what had happened. Needless to say they lost a customer and future customers that I would have recommended but surely would not now! More
