The true test came wgen it was time to service the vehicle. We were given an appointment and were given a time our vehicle service would be completed by. We had several options to choose from in what to do during our wait. My husband could have gotten a haircut since they have a barber on site. We could watch tv in a waiting room, seen a movie in the theater, exercised in the gym or if we had brought our granddaughter she could play in their playroom. With so many options the time flew by. The bill for our serving was covered by our warrantee. The only item not covered was under $75 which is quite reasonable for a dealership. More

Terrible Service Department I had an attentive service advisor, Joe Zito, however upon picking up my vehicle the owner’s manual was left on the passenger side seat. The vehicle I had an attentive service advisor, Joe Zito, however upon picking up my vehicle the owner’s manual was left on the passenger side seat. The vehicle was dirty and not cleaned. More unsettling was the fact that I pointed out 2 items that did not show to be completed via the dash panel readings. The advisor confirmed the issues were not a problem and the readings would reset. I pushed back but was told they would reset. A day after, the readings did not reset due to the fact the service performed was not done completely. Again, I pointed this out the day before. I took the vehicle back in the next day and challenged the advisor to look at it again. Upon doing so, he confirmed what I originally said. They had to install a new fuel filter and add additional fluid. The readings were correct and showed the service was not completed. After they addressed the items, Now the readings are reading correctly. What’s the problem here? This was totally a waste of my time. Sub standard service at best. Where is the cross check and balance. Joe Zito did his best and he is an asset to Century. However, the overall experience was substandard at best and very frustrating. AND thanks to the service manager for coming and apologizing to me for the inconvenience. He was present, informed of the problem but not attentive nor did he or anyone in management reach out to me. Be careful when taking your car to Century for Service. Obviously they don’t value the customers time. More
