My husband and I found a BMW online at Century, so we called and set up a test drive appointment. Upon arrival, the vehicle we selected was up front and my name was hanging from a VIP tag on the rear vie called and set up a test drive appointment. We left within 2.5 hours of arrival as happy customers who had an amazing experience. Lewis, the concierge, was most pleasant. Joshua took us for the drive and was informative and down-to-earth.
