Great service I had the recall on my optima and the manager Dan really did a great job to get me in their for my motor. Jim was another who got me my loaner car but I had the recall on my optima and the manager Dan really did a great job to get me in their for my motor. Jim was another who got me my loaner car but the best part was, I took my car in and in 5 days they had ordered the motor, shipped the motor and had the motor in my car and back on the road. The device techs there are incredible. Can you believe it. 3 days he had that motor pulled out, the new one inand back on the road. 5 days total. That's got to be some kind of record but they were all very helpful to get me my car. I know some have to wait for their motors but that's out of their control but once it comes in it will be up and running in a couple days. Thanks again to the service manager Dan for the excellent work and all in the service department for their fast and outstanding work.. Jeff Drane More

Unethical Service Department I took my 2011 Optima in for clicking and slipping in the steering wheel. There is an extended warranty on the steering coupler due to the fact that m I took my 2011 Optima in for clicking and slipping in the steering wheel. There is an extended warranty on the steering coupler due to the fact that many Optimas have experienced these same issues. The service tech told me that there was nothing wrong with the coupler but the whole steering column had failed and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1300. I asked them to please replace the $2.00 coupler so that could be eliminated as a possible cause. They refused to do so. Fortunately I happen to manage a company fleet of 500 vehicles and have had prior experiences with shady service departments so I was extremely leery of what they were saying was true. I took the car to South Hills Kia. They replaced the coupler at no charge and the car is a s good as new. It's safe to assume that they duped many of their other customers into spending money on unnecessary repairs More

We have had no problems at all with ether car, the quality is excellent, the overall dealership staff is very professional and friendly. Very friendly and worked within my budget! My advisor, Jesse, set up an appointment convenient to my schedule. He got to know me and my family.
