We have the time stamped email. and we responded to your email on 12/20/22 at 12:53 p.m. which was almost exactly 20 minutes later. You never responded to us. We would be more than happy to help you if you would respond back or stop in to the dealership. We can upload the screenshots of the emails if you would like.
So, with that said, please delete your negative review as it is not accurate.

I will screenshot the email response with dates and times and send them to you. I've worked very hard to grow this business the past 5 years with very little sleep working 2 jobs and supporting the staff I have here. They also work very hard and I am relentless on follow-up with them in relation to our customers. I pay for leads through cars.com, carfax, and cargurus to the tune of about 2900 a month and that's with a discount. Its not right for you to leave a bad review when we did indeed respond. It's not our fault it may have gone to your spam mailbox or you deleted our response and then leave us a bad review. Please take your review down as it's not accurate.
