Update on our Tundra drama, We got our truck back today along with a 2 page list of everything that was wrong, Yes this is what Brandee Robrson at central Toyota told us we would have to live with after ta along with a 2 page list of everything that was wrong, Yes this is what Brandee Robrson at central Toyota told us we would have to live with after taking our truck there 3 times asking them to fix it, we brought this to her attention today in person she was very rude to us, We also talked to the service lady at central Buick GMC where we bought it because they put this truck on their lot for sale with all theses problems, she at least took the paperwork made copies and said she was going to look into this, Hopefully our truck is good now and we won’t have any more issues but we will be driving 130 miles round trip to get oil changed & service at poplar bluff , because it’s clear Central Toyota in Jonesboro is not qualified to put air in a tire much less do any kind of maintenance work. Thank you Baldwin Toyota in poplar bluff for helping us , Thank you Lord that all of this was still under warranty More
We purchased a car nearly new and was verbally promised two keys and we only received one. Despite many, many calls to J.J., he never called us back to give us any additional communication. We finally ha two keys and we only received one. Despite many, many calls to J.J., he never called us back to give us any additional communication. We finally had to purchase a new key and the dealership refused to reimburse us for any of the cost (which is disappointing). We cannot recommend this dealership as JJ no longer had any interest in helping us secure the second key after the deal was closed. More
Toyota told me they would fix the problem with my tires making noises. But the failed an only replaced 2 of the worst tires an leaving me with this one. Fernando the sales manager told me he would take care of the other 2 tires. But he can not keep his word. The service crew when they did replace my 2 tires. They put them both on driver side. They held off an pushed me away as much as they could. It’s all started when I test drove the car…. With looking at reviews It looks like a lot of people have been blown off with the troubles that they have with this company. More
Recently married and moving to NEARK from Columbia, Missouri, we drove to Jonesboro for my wife to interview for a job. Central’s service department worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation on Missouri, we drove to Jonesboro for my wife to interview for a job. Central’s service department worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2012 Prius. Then they went the extra mile by loaning me a 2018 Camry to go pick up my wife at the interview while they worked on the car. It really saved me time and stress. Very thankful and will be bringing our Camry and 4Runner here once we move down. More
Liars The dealership charged for an air filter and it was never replaced.. had it checked at another dealership upon returning home. .. the oil was changed The dealership charged for an air filter and it was never replaced.. had it checked at another dealership upon returning home. .. the oil was changed and the sticker stated that it was to be changed in 5000 miles .. the car is recommended for every 10,000 not 5 .. at this point not even sure they put the right oil in... but most of all went in without a chip in my windshield .. but left with one... with them denying any wrong doing and then got hung up on by their service specialist .... very unprofessional... Will never do business there again .. More
I found Central Toyota had a 2008 4Runner with 20k miles on Autotrader.com I am located 4 1/2 hours away from Jonesboro, and relied upon the salesman to be honest with me. I specificly asked him if the vehicle had any chips. dings, dents, nicks, scratches, or any other paint flaws. I was told that it only had 1 stone chip, and it would be brush touched and fully detailed before I arrived. I showed up, after driving 4 1/2 hours to take delivery. The vehicle was not anywhere near the condition I was told. Dents in the tailgate, scratches on the doors, paint chips on the doors, and hood. The vehicle was also FILTHY, and never detailed. I left without purchasing. When I contacted the salesman, I was told that I wasted HIS time!!! More
