Dream 135i, Incredible service! So, come November of 2016 my MX-5 was becoming a little too uncomfortable for someone who was driving on highways for most of my travel. Living on the North Shore, my trip to Central in Wrentham was over two hours! Despite this, when I was looking around at 135s I found this one car which stood out to me more than the rest. It was a 2013 135i with the M-Sport package in one of my favorite colors, Le Mans Blue. Took it out to test drive, no pressure whatsoever. As soon as we hit the road I knew it was going to be a perfect match for me. Took it back and said I'd mull it over, and when I walked outside I noticed that there was a little bit of damage to the front fender and a side marker. Normal dealerships would hem and haw over this, seeing as it would most likely be a costly repair. Not these guys. They said that, if I were to purchase the vehicle, it would be fixed. No worries, no hassle. It has now been a few months since I purchased the car, and I am absolutely thrilled. Steve was a wonderful man to work with, and an incredibly passionate person when it comes to BMWs. The car has not given any trouble since purchase. If I needed to purchase another car (which I won't for a long time), I would surely call them again. More

Excellent Expirience I came with my 7 year old infinity and left with a 1 year old BMW. It was a great experience, no xx, I spend most of the time test driving the car. Highly Satisfied After a 6 month search, found what I was looking for at Central Motors, namely, a used ('06) BMW wagon (3 series), manual transmission. Notwithstandi After a 6 month search, found what I was looking for at Central Motors, namely, a used ('06) BMW wagon (3 series), manual transmission. Notwithstanding that car was in great shape, Central's certified BMW mechanic still put nearly $2,000 into it, including new run flat tires (not cheap) before handing it over.. My own BMW expert who did the ppi, was impressed with Central's operation & product. Dan (owner) & staff, all accomodating & responsive to requests for documents & to questions. I'm really comfortable with & enjoying this vehicle. More

A very comfortable, no pressure experience. I had been looking for a low mileage Matrix to replace my older high mileage Vibe, and had three to look at on my list.. The first stop for my wife and I, and lap dog Lucy, was Central Motors, which I had found on line. Steve, Eliot, and Charleen made us feel very comfortable, and the car was what we were looking for. After the test drive and negotiations for my trade, I did not feel as though I had to go from car to car shopping different dealers. We can easily recommend this dealer and staff. I had a specific color and style I wanted and we finally found it here. We went to check out the car and met with Eliot who owns the dealership, he was very friendly, easy to talk to. We sat with Eliot to talk numbers and instead of the usual car salesman clowns you normally deal with Eliot was really down to earth, he told us his bottom line for the car, but that meant there was no real room for us to negotiate any real big discount. But In the end we went with them because of that very real attitude, I'm sure we could've saved some money elsewhere but would have had to play that ridiculous lets make a deal game with other dealerships all while they insult our intelligence with basic lame sales tactics. This place was so easy to work with Steve in financing was great, very knowledgeable always around to answer all my silly questions. There was a slight hiccup that the car didn't have a second key, but without hesitation Steve said they'd have a second key made and even made a valet too, at no charge to us. We loved them so much we are having them install the remote starter too. So with tears in my eyes I handed over the keys to my trade in, the car I had for the last 9 years, the car I brought my baby home from the hospital in. Eliot just looked at me and smiled and said don't worry it happens all the time....These guys are great , Thanks for making buying the car so easy! Jenny and Chris More
