Had issues with my new Telluride, service department suggested "I take it to anopther dealership because they are 2 weeks behind". My screen was going black out. I decided to leave it there anyway. Picked it up. Went out of town. Drove it and problem was not fixed. Service at this place is really bad. Go elsewhere. I should have gone to Southwest Kia Rockwall where I had previously bought 2 other KIA and had great experience in all departments. It's sad when they don't care except to just sell you a vehicle. Salesperson Kaden was no help either. Terrible place. More
