I bought my last two cars at Central Kia—a Forte and an Optima. And had zero problems with both! All service on both cars was only at Central Kia. The service department actually suggested I take my car to another dealership for service. I did & couldn't be happier to never have to step foot in that place again. BTW Ernest Hughes was my sales person who was very helpful when I was thinking about purchasing my car. Once the ink dried, he was nowhere to be found...except for the time my husband and I physically went up there to catch him in his office. Terrible experience! More
