I've been to Sewell, Tom Ford and Central Houston Cadillac dealerships. And, Central Houston is the worse - unethical, dishonest, manipulate, etc. Go to Sewell. We purchased our car from Sewell and wanted to buy another Cadillac. Sewell didn't have what we want in stock, and it was a mistake to buy one from Central Houston. Sewell will outdo Central Houston in many ways: $$$, customer service, honesty, transparency, etc. The best decision to make is NOT to go to this dealership. More

I had a Jeep that was extremely unreliable and had a horrible experience with the previous dealership. Then I met Tony at Central Houston Cadillac and everything changed. This is a little late review, but I still would like to let future car shoppers know DO NOT COME HERE!!! The customer service here when they have messed up something is terrible. The GM there lied to me and thats really sad, he wouldn't even return my calls. The lack of integrity is terrible. Central Houston Cadillac damaged my Cadillac Escalade's paint job. I bought my SUV from them in great shape, I was very happy with my purchase. When I bought the SUV it was not detailed, and it was a rainy day. So they told me to bing back my SUV so they could detail it. I was just fine with that. After I picked up my Escalade, and went to the store I noticed extreme damage to the paint job. They had made bad swirl marks all over the truck. Long story short they damaged my truck bad. They could not fix my vehicle at all. They gave me lies after lies. I was yelled at by one of the managers there like I was a child. I was even called a BOY by the used car manager. The used car manager was extremely rude to me. He embarrassed me in front of so many people that was on the sales grounds. Chrystal the Customer Service person was there the entire time and stayed quite. The GM stepped in a few days later and played like he wanted to help and that was furthest from the truth. He wasted my time with lies as well. My Cadillac Escalade is still messed up with swirls in my paint. They really made my experience there hard for me. They attempted to fix the issue but just did a half crap job!! I expressed this to Crystal the Customer Service person, and she looked at me as if she didn't care and walked away. She also did a horrible job I thought she was on my side and that was not true at all. PLEAE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY ARE NOT HONEST. Even the former Service Manager Ron told me that they needed to fix the damages the caused to my vehicle. Central Houston Cadillac ruined something that was suppose to be fun and happy and they made it a terrible experience. PLEASE BEWARE!!! I also have all evidence including text messages, photos, emails and voice mails. More
Worst dealer in Texas. They sold the car I ordered, placed downpayment, & waited 3 months for, without telling me.
