My recent experience at Central Houston Cadillac was unfortunately not up to par. Initially attracted by a vehicle listed at $71,995 on their website, I was surprised to find out upon visiting that the unfortunately not up to par. This disparity was disheartening and caught me off guard. Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover the inclusion of two care packages totaling $9,169, with unclear benefits or value. Given that the car was marketed as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle, it was unexpected that customers were also charged a certification fee of $3,174. This practice seems inconsistent with industry norms and may be perceived as misleading. My interaction with the manager, Mr. David, was less than satisfactory. While I understand the challenges of negotiation, his demeanor lacked customer-centricity and felt dismissive. In conclusion, while Central Houston Cadillac offers quality vehicles, I urge potential customers to scrutinize all pricing details and inquire about additional fees upfront to avoid any surprises. With improved transparency and customer-focused communication, the dealership could significantly enhance the overall customer experience. I hope that higher authorities will review these concerns and ensure that fair practices are followed, benefiting both customers and the dealership's reputation for ethical business conduct. More
I called the dealership at 9AM to confirm the availability of the GMC Yukon and scheduled a test drive appointment for 11:30AM. I did call the dealership at 10AM during my commute to confirm my arrival time, however upon arrival, Central Houston Cadillac informed me that the car had been sold the previous day. The sales manager could only tell me that the situation was "unfortunate". It was complete waist of my time and a very unprofessional showing by the dealership. The next day, I received an email from Blanca Baez thanking me for stopping by their dealership to test drive the vehicle and inquiring about my interest in purchasing it ??? More
Central Houston Cadillac is my dealer of choice due to their customer service. I had a very good experience at Central Cadillac Houston. Had been searching for 5 months and couldn’t ever get an allocation . Finally I called Central and went to visit and they took care of me within one day. The salesman Greg kept me informed and Updated the entire time the Escalade was built. Greg is well informed about all the Escalade functions and was able to explain to me . I usually don’t like dealing with salespeople but Greg has changed my mind. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 20 years and have seen several owners/Managers...and none have been as loyal and one that got me started in your dealership...Mr. Joe Stewart! Not seen years and have seen several owners/Managers...and none have been as loyal and one that got me started in your dealership...Mr. Joe Stewart! Not seen that class, charisma and customer interface since his passing. And I miss the mechanics and sales personnel from that time...Sadly you are moving far from me soon and will miss that your dealership being so close! Note: Last visit and the last oil change issue was not resolved during last visit as I asked and that is to reset computer to new oil change date and not have the same old message pop up every time I start the car.
