Well then you stand by your team trying to get over on customers and them trying to make customers pay for and fix things that are not even wrong with their vehicles. How is it possible that your service department is the only shop I took my vehicle to and they gave me a printout with 7 different things that they said was wrong with my vehicle totaling $5,281 but I take it to another Cadillac dealer and give them the paperwork from your service department they go over my vehicle and find that 2 fuses were missing which was causing all the other codes to pop up( how did the 2 fuses disappear when no one but central touched my vehicle)once they replaced the 2 fuses only one thing from the diagnostic printout needed to be replaced costing me a little less that $500. I was then told that whoever did the diagnostic probably saw that the 2 fuses were blown and just took them out instead of replacing them and that’s why it was showing all the other codes. So if this it the kind of stuff that you stand behind your service team doing I see why your reviews and ratings are so bad and continue to decline

I have been dealing with these issues for over 1 year. As stated tge original dmsalesbagent who has left mis informed us. We have been dealing with that issue as well as vehicle issues related to performance and safety. Your resolution was to have me trade in my vehicle and pay a higher lease payment. As stated to have a manager who i spoke with for 10 minutes last week inform me that i am no longer welcome as iam a threat and danger to your employees was not the resolution inwas expecting.
