After 1 year with this dealership I have just been advised to go elsewhere by a manager I had only met for 10 minutes this week. I am aware of another Dealerships which I assume do value GMs Mission Statement to keep a "customer for life' Central Houston Cadillac have certainly failed. I am hoping my discussion with GM CEO office can help resolve this issue so that I can enjoy my XT4 More
I am extremely disappointed with Central Houston Cadillac and the treatment I received during my recent visit. As a loyal customer who has purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past few months, and the treatment I received during my recent visit. As a loyal customer who has purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past few months, I expected to be treated with respect and consideration when I came in to purchase a third vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but respectful. My salesman, Kendrick, did not acknowledge my loyalty or past purchases. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and felt like I was just another number. The dealership's practices come across as fraudulent, greedy, and irresponsible. It seems they are more interested in making a quick buck than building long-term relationships with their customers. Despite my clear interest and intent to buy, I was subjected to unnecessary delays and runarounds. The sales tactics used were pushy and insincere, making me question the integrity of the dealership. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before doing business with Central Houston Cadillac. My experience has shown that they do not value their customers and are more focused on their own financial gain. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. More
I purchased a Certified 2017 Cadillac XT5 in 2020, purchased both the maintenance and extended warranty, and was told that the extended warranty was good 72mos (from purchase date) or 100,000 miles. purchased both the maintenance and extended warranty, and was told that the extended warranty was good 72mos (from purchase date) or 100,000 miles. Turns out that it was all a lie, the warranty didn't start from my purchase date but from the in service date, which was actually in 2016. So most of the warranty was over before I drove the car off the lot. These people are unscrupulous! They will say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. Make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND HAVE THEM SHOW YOU EXACTLY WHERE IT IS LISTED ON YOUR CONTRACT. Also they charge you for the car to be certified...it's not worth it and hurts you if you get the warranty. Dionne C More

This disparity was disheartening and caught me off guard. Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover the inclusion of two care packages totaling $9,169, with unclear benefits or value. Given that the car was marketed as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle, it was unexpected that customers were also charged a certification fee of $3,174. This practice seems inconsistent with industry norms and may be perceived as misleading. My interaction with the manager, Mr. David, was less than satisfactory. While I understand the challenges of negotiation, his demeanor lacked customer-centricity and felt dismissive. In conclusion, while Central Houston Cadillac offers quality vehicles, I urge potential customers to scrutinize all pricing details and inquire about additional fees upfront to avoid any surprises. With improved transparency and customer-focused communication, the dealership could significantly enhance the overall customer experience. I hope that higher authorities will review these concerns and ensure that fair practices are followed, benefiting both customers and the dealership's reputation for ethical business conduct. More
I called the dealership at 9AM to confirm the availability of the GMC Yukon and scheduled a test drive appointment for 11:30AM. I did call the dealership at 10AM during my commute to confirm my arrival time, however upon arrival, Central Houston Cadillac informed me that the car had been sold the previous day. The sales manager could only tell me that the situation was "unfortunate". It was complete waist of my time and a very unprofessional showing by the dealership. The next day, I received an email from Blanca Baez thanking me for stopping by their dealership to test drive the vehicle and inquiring about my interest in purchasing it ??? More
