STILL having A LOT of problems. I had previously posted about not buying from this dealership, after having to get the state involved. I went for an oil change after "all" of the pro I had previously posted about not buying from this dealership, after having to get the state involved. I went for an oil change after "all" of the problems were fixed. My mechanic told me that the right control arm was not safe and that the front tire shook, which was one of the main reasons I got the state involved. I was told I would not pass inspection. I began having issues with my brakes, which of course is scary. I was told I would need new rotors, which the dealership was supposed to replace when I bought the vehicle. I don't know about a lot of other people, but it is not often that I hear from anyone else that they need to do as much work on a vehicle within such short periods of time. I see a lot of reviews on here about false car fax reports, which I will now be looking into, as my car jolts back and forth when I try to break, and no mechanic has EVER felt this in a car before. I also agree with all of the other reviews regarding poor customer service. They blame you for the problems, and do not accept their faults. I would not allow them to inspect your vehicle, as they passed mine with 4-5 safety issues. I also brought my vehicle back 3+ times regarding the tire pressure light coming on, which they frequently told me was resolved, and I continue to have issues with the tire, where I need to inflate it every two weeks, and the system to read the tire pressure does not read one of the tires. Not worth your time My husband and I recently attempted to purchase our new vehicle from Central Buick GMC. Our sales consultant was Barney Freedline and we also worked with Brian Hayes. We found this dealership to lack in communication skills, attention to details and honesty. It took them two weeks to locate our vehicle in the color we preferred (black) but were able to secure it from a location in New York. Two hours before we were expected to pick it up, we received a call to tell us that the vehicle they had gotten was the wrong color. Because we had been feeling disappointed with the process, the communication and the way we were being treated, we decided to move on and look elsewhere. After visiting a different dealership that very day, they were able to secure a vehicle (locally) in our color choice. Three days later, we signed the papers and drove it off the lot. In conversations with the new dealership, we came to realize that many of the details Norwood shared with us about the vehicle were not accurate. I'm not sure if they lack knowledge about their profession or if they will tell you anything to make a deal but I personally think it's a bit of both. I strongly urge you to find a different dealership. More

I know he was quite new at the time but he noticably went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied in all respects and still greets me as though I am family each time I stop by. More

Do NOT buy from here! Was back 4-5 times for work within 3 months of buying car, they changed my warranty status, and charged me for work. They lied to us and overcharged My husband and I went to this dealership to buy a car we asked for a carfax and were not given one. We asked if the car had been in an accident and we were told it had not. 3 months later we had an issue with a windshield replacement it took 3 windshields to stop the leak which was when we found out we had been lied too the car had been in an accident and we are now over paying for a car that is not worth half of what we are paying for it. In the 6 months we have had the car there have been nothing but problems and no one seems to want to do anything about it. Their Get Centralized warranty that supposedly comes with throw used cars is a joke and their own service department had never even heard of it!!! These people are a bunch of crooks and no one should go there!!!! More
Worst experience! I was leasing a 2011 hyundai and wanted to get rid of it. I had gone to a previous buick dealer but they didn't have the the color and wheels I liked but the price was reasonable so I thoug to get rid of it. The payments were gonna be $100 a month higher! Mark passed me off to the guy Des. He was helpful but he clearly was being overly nice so he could get the sale. We were there for 5 hours!!!!! After the sales manager was really rude and clueless I finally walked out! Stay away from central buick they time eating and unfriendly. More
