I am very pleased with Central Florida Toyota. I purchased a truck that was not even on the lot. Deal was made within 30 minutes of getting to the dealership, and new truck was ready to pickup the purchased a truck that was not even on the lot. After an positively nightmarish visit to David Maus Toyota, my husband and I found our way back to Central Florida Toyota. We immediately realized this should have been our first choice all along, give Toyota, my husband and I found our way back to Central Florida Toyota. We immediately realized this should have been our first choice all along, given that they helped us into a pre-owned vehicle a couple years back. I had spoken with Mark Silva the night before, and it was he that set my mind at ease regarding our decision to buy another car. He was understanding and patient, and the entire Toyota team truly worked magic to get us into a vehicle we could not only afford but enjoy. As an added bonus, Todd Parks was as sweet and helpful as they come. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and the employees we had the pleasure to do business with. Ron in internet sales was amazing from the first phone call to him. I recieved an email on specials and wanted to call and verify all prices before wasting my time and their time of there being a "catch". call to him. After getting off the phone with him we were in our car and at the dealership within 20 minutes and within in an hour or so were owners of a new car! I have never had a more friendly, efficent car buying experience. This is the second car i have bought from Central Florida Toyota and will return for my next vehicle as well. I work for a company that has very high service standards and from my first phone call with Ron thru signing the last paper with Todd, everyone exceeded all expecations. Thank you all! More

Because I love the service that I get from my Sales Person Wagner, he is very patient, does not get stressed and most of all worked on my behalf to make sure I am Happy, He is the best salesperson I have ever had and I have bought over 23 cars in my life and I am only 34, he really works hard to satisfy his customers, he expalins everything very well,he is not pushy and worries about how his customers feel. He follows up during and after the sale and introduces me to the staff, He is the kind of person I look for when I hire an employee with my company, he makes you feel like family and thats the way I feel at Central Florida Toyota because of Wagner. He is just so professional and I thank him so much, I also send friends to him to get a car as well, also I want to say Mr. Parks in Finance always makes me feel comfortable and expalins things very well and always says hello even if I am there just to have service, he says, "hello Chris, how are things going, great to see you" I love Central Florida Toyota and I will never go anywhere else to buy my vehicles!!!!
