We walked in to the dealership with some trepeditation, due to past experience with over eager uncaring salespeople. Needless to say that my Daughter and I had no idea of what we wanted. Mr. Ismael was VERY, VERY, VERY, PATIENT, RELAX, and whent behond the call of duty to show us different types of car in the STORM. Florida was under a hurricane watch since yesterday. Today was very brutal in terms of Thunder Storms, heavy rain, lightning, and very cold. Mr Ismael was a complete GENTLEMAN. He did his best to keep us dry, and safe from the elements. He explained the various features of the cars we where interested in several times and at no time, did he show signs of frustration when we requested a clarification again. Mr. Ismail, has restored our confidence in,"SALESPEOPLE" specially car sales. I will HIGHLY recommend Mr. Ismail as the go to person at Central Florida Toyota Dealership. What I really liked about this dealership was they were upfront with the price (no non-sense of how much you can afford monthly). However, they do try to cross sale with extended Warranty and gap insurance.. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer. I would recommend this dealer to others. More
