With Marc, I did the whole deal over the phone and everything was the way they said it would be when I came in. No price changes, unwanted accessories that were added on, hidden fees, etc. I came in the dealership with my guard up but when I left, I realized that was completely unnecessary. I would recommend this dealership to Orlando residents or if you are looking for a Scion. Even if they don't have the Scion you are looking for, I'm sure that they could find it for you, and then you won't have to deal with all the games other dealers play. More
