Great initial internet quote on the new vehicle - dealer fee a lot higher but still decent. However, first trade quote was WAY low and, when challenged was met with a very aggressive tirade including "it's fee a lot higher but still decent. However, first trade quote was WAY low and, when challenged was met with a very aggressive tirade including "it's worth what it's worth" and "tell me what you want for it and I'll ask, I don't care, I get $100 for the sale no matter what the price"! Only when we got up to leave did he offer to take it back for review, and miraculously came back with an offer increased by $4500! Interesting because he initially pointed us towards Autotrader instead of kbb and the "revised" trade was exactly where they were! So why mess around and try to get me for $4500 less? We went to another dealer next day and bettered the deal on new and got $29k for the trade! Overally we saved over $6k by leaving CF Toyota. Wasn't close to where we needed to be so we left but I don't know why it was taken so personally by Ed. My Wife (who was with me) told me as we left that she felt uncomfortable at Ed's reaction and was pleased we were leaving and not buying from him as she thought he was overly aggressive and attempting to intimidate. Be careful about the impartiality of reviews on this site. They refer you to it in their e mails! More
On Saturday i visited Central Florida Toyota and had an appointment with Ed Pearson the internet sales manager. He was both helpful and friendly. Considering it was raining lightly he still took me out in appointment with Ed Pearson the internet sales manager. He was both helpful and friendly. Considering it was raining lightly he still took me out in the lot and braved the rain to find me a car. He was up front and honest and told me which vehicles were 'rental' trades. We searched for a vehicle that had the options I wanted and price range I suggested. We were unable to find any meeting my requirements that day. He then took my name and contact info and said he would call his buyer and give them my spec's and get me what I wanted an the price I wanted. He said he'll be calling me tuesday after he find the car at auction or as a trade in. This completely blew me away given the treatment I got at other dealerships this weekend. Ill be waiting for his call and would definitely buy from this Dealer in the future. More

My wife and I purchased an '06 RAV4 from a Toyota dealership up north and recently moved to Orlando. We also bought the extended warranty to 100,000 miles. Our stereo decided to blank out on us, so w dealership up north and recently moved to Orlando. We also bought the extended warranty to 100,000 miles. Our stereo decided to blank out on us, so we took it in. The first "new" stereo they installed was cracked all the way across the face. The second one they installed wouldn't play CD's in it. Now (counting the original) we've had our fourth stereo installed... Along the way of taking out and putting in new ones, they managed to crack the panel for the heating and cooling . Quoting the service manager "... pure carelessness on our part..." Additionally with the ventilation system, the knob for directing air flow won't move off of Defrost. I can break it lose from time to time, but my wife cannot. So on hot FL days her air conditioning blows only on the windshield, which quickly pulls moisture to it. The warranty we purchased does nothing for us. They've re-aligned the gears twice now in the knob and even today it got stuck again in the parking lot before leaving. The Toyota "inspectors" have denied the claim. So we are supposed to keep bringing it back in each time it sticks to be assessed by the inspector again for the claim. Having a vehicle with a warranty and items listed as covered are being denied is disheartening to the Toyota name. My family has had Toyota's for years and never have had such a hard time dealing with a dealership. More

We bought a used vehicle from them in 2010, and renewed a bumper-to-bumper warranty (not cheap). 10 days later, the airbag light stays on. I bring it back to the dealer and I have to pay ~$65 for them to "ch bumper-to-bumper warranty (not cheap). 10 days later, the airbag light stays on. I bring it back to the dealer and I have to pay ~$65 for them to "check it out" - regardless of warranty. They tell me the passenger side airbag sensor is miscalibrated and that "we probably bumped the car into something". No we didn't. They also say that recalibrating it isn't covered under my expensive warranty we just acquired when purchasing the vehicle 10 DAYS PRIOR. Nice, guys! I ask why they didn't check the calibration before they sold me the car. They argue that they did, and we must have bumped the car. Nice! Unfortunately, our expensive warranty has to be used at their dealership... so we have to pay for them to "check it out" anytime we need something fixed that is actually covered under the warranty. We will NEVER buy another thing from this piece of crap dealership. We found the vehicle has other issues, but I'm too scared to bring it back to this crap hole and get ripped off again. More
Mr. David Zupofska was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to endure any of the unpleasant games that I've been accustomed to in many previous car buying experiences with many oth knowledgeable. I worked with Auto Advisors and my credit union who suggested Central Florida Toyota. I had previously purchased my 2003 Toyota Corolla 9 years ago when it was called Kissimmee Toyota so I was happy t suggested Central Florida Toyota. I had previously purchased my 2003 Toyota Corolla 9 years ago when it was called Kissimmee Toyota so I was happy that Central Florida Toyota was the dealership of choice since I felt the same way....that's where I would have gone first to look at cars anyway! I loved my 2003 Toyota Corolla with all of it's glorious 174,000 miles, but I knew that with a growing 4 year old boy...it was time for me to get a new vehicle. I decided to purchase another Toyota Corolla and drove away in a 2011 Toyota Corolla. Later, the next day I decided that it just wasnt roomy enough for what I needed. Wagner assisted me the following day when I returned and he guided me towards purchasing a 2011 Toyota Venza. This was a car I had never even heard of, but fit my needs perfectly. He knew I was on a tight budget but was able to work with Stuart Beal in reaching an affordable price that my credit union was able to work with me on. Todd Parks was great with the paperwork and patient with me when I realized my paper title from my old Corolla had never been sent to me. Everyone was patient with me and very gracious in their hospitality. From picking out the car, test driving it and getting the paperwork completed, my car buying experience was no hassle. I feel like I got a good deal on the purchase of the 2011 Toyota Venza, the only reason why I am rating price as a 4 is because of the trade in value I received for my Corolla. I priced it online with Kelley Blue Book for trade ins and reached a number almost twice as much as what they offered, but the price of the car made up for it overall. For the value, I feel like I received excellent service, a beautiful reliable car and a friendly car buying experience. I would recommend Central Florida Toyota to anyone looking to have a hassle free, friendly car buying experience. More
