I just left this horrible establishment with pregnant wife in tears. I wish I could go back in time and remove my experience at this place from our memory. We were out test driving suv's today, as we are expecting a baby, and upon arrival here we were not greeted by anyone (first red flag). We found a Highlander Limited with the keys in it unlocked and loved the inside and the amazing sound system. My wife wanted to test drive it, so I walked up to the front and asked one of the 5 employees standing there goofing off (#2 red flag) to come with us on a test drive. On the walk to the car the sales guy interrogated me on how we got the keys to the car and his answer to my wife's simple question of how to work the navigation was it's easy, just figure it out. He then asked if we were ready to buy the car today(another red flag). Possibly, but first we would like to test drive it. My first question on the drive was, how does this car compare to the Acadia and Enclave, his answer was just drive it and you tell me." silence with the exception of turn here, turn here. Then I asked about the safety he said it's safe how many airbags, he said 8 or 9. finally pulling in ready to talk pricing, he asked us so seriously what is your interest level of buying today, I noticed you're driving that caliber right? then the bomb... you said you were pregnant ma'am, I mean if that statement is true and all... we lost it, ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? We asked for a manager and one came out and said he would give us another sales person as all businesses have a bad apple or two I responded that's unacceptable, that's plenty of reason to get rid of the bad apples. I then asked why was it that this type of behavior is accepted here that every associate there is a direct representation of Toyata. The sales associate then came back and with the same attitude tried saying we the customers were in the wrong for leading him on as most customers have done their research before coming, and said ;I'm fine ma'am I've been here for 2 year, you won't effect me and he walked away. Side note, we had done our homework and narrowed our online search down to 3 and were looking for a great experience like we did at the GMC on OBT and were ready to buy with cash, no trade in. Because of this experience I will never purchase a Toyota, and will NEVER go back. There are way to many amazing unemployed people that can't get jobs for this jerk "bad apple" to be EMPLOYED at any business. More
Once again David Zupofska saves the day!!!!! David sold me my first Scion XD in Jan because my Vibe was totalled after being hit from behind on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately my Scion XD was also totalled in our second nasty accident in less than a year. My son was in Gainsville and was hit by someone who ran a stop sign doing 45 miles per hour. The Scion was flipped around and thrown into a fire hydrant. My son and his two passengers crawled out the back hatch. Not a scratch on them. A testament as to how safe the Scions are! After a year like this one the last thing you want is someone jerking you around. Not the case here. David was great! He knows his cars! And a patient,eager to help salesman to my stubborn get to the point buyer. Once again Thanks David.! Can't forget to mention Brooks in the finance dept,he made the paperwork easy. Explain everything and answered ALL of my questions. Many thanks to both of you!!!!! More

I was dealing with multiple dealerships online in a competitive bidding situation. Most of the dealerships tried various sneaky tactics just to get me into their dealership rather than giving me, and c competitive bidding situation. Most of the dealerships tried various sneaky tactics just to get me into their dealership rather than giving me, and commiting to, an off-the-dealership quote; Thomas Wilson and his sales manager Todd Lyons were the exception. After quoting me an off-the-dealship price of their own over email, I presented them with the lowest off-the-dealership quote I had received up until then from another dealership for the same vehicle; Thomas and Todd were able to offer better deal. When my wife and I went in to purchase the vehicle, not only did they honor the price, there was no pressure from sales or finance at all. I cut a check for the exact price that Thomas quoted me over email, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Purchasing a vehicle from Thomas and his colleagues has been the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. More
David was very accommodating and super friendly, I loved how humble he was and how easy he made the buying process. we were buying a first car for our kids for Christmas. I sent three inquiries online to three dealerships. Asking for phone contact. Only Thomas called me, the other sent lenghty emials. Every question I asked Thomas answered with no sales pressure. The car, price & options were all presented in simple straight forward terms & the deal was done. When I presented Thomas with a better price from a competitor he went away & matched it with no question. The other dealership offered a better offer but at that point we decided Thomas deserved the business & was the better company for us to work with. We have a great car, great price & great service from Thomas & the finance manager. We cant wait to pick the car up for the kids for Christmas. A big thanks to Thomas who has brought some respect & honesty back into the US car sales process. Will buy again! More
I was in and out relatively quickly. Everyone was very amiable and professional, however not over-friendly. The sales person was very straight forward. He did not play any little tricks or mind-games to get you to buy. I found David to be very professional,friendly and straight forward in our price negotiations. He seemed to actually strive to arrive at a fair price for both me and the dealer. When our neogiations hit a impass I requested a copy of the dealer invioce, on the vehicle, which he produced. What can I say Dave bent over backwards to close the deal. The car was at a sister dealership and needed to be delivered,Dave made sure that the car was deleivered on time in fact it was earlier than pr deal.
