I spoke to David over the phone and was disgusted with his manners and the way he completely disrespected me. I explains I had 5k to put down cash and that I wanted to finance the rest of a vehicle at $10 his manners and the way he completely disrespected me. He proceeded to tell me that's "not enough to buy a pair of shoes" and then when I said I couldn't afford his recconended amount of $150-175 p/m he disrespectfully laughed down the phone at me and then said "goodbye" and put the phone down. I'm disgusted and will be spending my money elsewhere. More

I had a terrible experience purchasing a used vehicle from Central Florida Toyota. I bought a 2007 Saturn Aura from this dealer under a condition what is called "AS IS", which I later found out means tha from Central Florida Toyota. I bought a 2007 Saturn Aura from this dealer under a condition what is called "AS IS", which I later found out means that the vehicle is a piece of crap. I wouldn't expect Toyota to sale a vehicle in such bad conditions...especially with such a reputable name Toyota has for quality, but I would expect that from a car auction or one of those low-budget car lots. The problem isn't that Central Florida Toyota sold us a crappy vehicle. The problem is that they sold us a crappy vehicle and tried to hide all of its flaws and even misleading us to believe certain parts of the car were in good condition when they weren't. Before we drove the car off the lot, we were told that the tires were in good condition and that the car had passed the inspection (this was told to us by Hernan). It turns out that not only were the tires in bad condition, one of the tires was busted and showing thread. The car actually failed the inspection process and we were never told that during the purchase. I actually had to replace the tires on my own dime. A month after driving the car off the lot the car started overheating. This is when all of the car’s flaws were disclosed to us. It had a bad water pump, bad thermostat, a leaking coolant reservoir, the drive belt needed replacing, and the oil in the vehicle was so clunky and dirty that it looked as if it was never changed in the history of the vehicle's existence. We were told by an anonymous source from Central Florida Toyota that the vehicle failed the inspection and when Central Florida Toyota found out that we knew, they seemed very upset as if they wanted us to continue to be blinded by all of the car's flaws. This is horrible business practices and I hope they get everything they deserve. They put our lives in danger!!! More
We visited this dealer because of a problem with our Corolla. Speedometer wasn't working and transmission wasn't shirting. We spoke about replacing the transmission speed sensor. Almost $500 later we found our car was still having the same issue. In reviewing our work order, it appears that they replaced the ENGINE speed sensor, NOT the one for the transmission. Can you say incompetent? More

Since then I have been back and purchased vehicles at least 4 more times from Dave and had the best experience every time. My husband and I just recently purchased a 2010 4runner about 3 months ago, and last week I was back looking to purchase a new vehicle for myself in addition to our new suv. Dave always takes the time to understand what i want, and even when i don't know he shows me every vehicle he thinks i will love and tells me everything there is to know about each of them. You cannot beat the customer service at this dealership, and although i am fixing to move out of the state i can promise that i will be back in the near future for our next vehicle. More

We love our 2012 Camry and the best part about David was that he made the process snappy and quick. It wasn't the nightmare you feel when you go to purchase a car. There was no hassle. We got the facts, there was no hassling with deal making and we were straight forward with what we could afford. David didn't pull the typical 'car sales' where you end up leaving the dealership loving your vehicle but with a empty pocket. Our pocket was full and we were very happy. Not to mention we were in and out. More
