My partner and I found Central Toyota to be full of friendly people. We purchased a Scion XD and we believe we were treated fairly. I went to a couple of dealerships before i came to Central Fl Toyota and they were terrible. I arrived at Central Florida and was helped by Alex Cortes and let me tell you i have bought several cars Central Fl Toyota and they were terrible. Alex helped us buy a new Corolla and gave us the proper info in a timely manner no playing games like at other dealers. I would definetely buy a car from Alex again without any hesitation, he is calm and very nice and does not pressure you like the typical salesman. I will defintely recommend this dealership to my friends and Alex as well so he can help them. Central Florida offered me the same as the other dealers had offered for my trade and this was satisfactory to me since I had already checked the Blue and Black book pricing. I ordered my Black LE Toyota which came 10 days later right on time as we discussed. I would recommend you see JT Austin because he handled my transition smoothly. All and all I will say my experience so far at Central Florida Toyota has been good. After "dealing" with the people at Toyota of Orlando, I was thoroughly impressed by everyone at Central Florida Toyota. I walked up and told Alex what had happened at another dealership, and that I had a specific prius in mind. He walked the lot real quick to see if he had it in stock. We looked at the car briefly and then went inside to talk. I let him know I was just curious about pricing since my wife and I were pretty much burnt out from dealing with the idiots at the other dealership all day. Alex came back with the price clearly marked on an invoice and explained that the prices were as listed, and that all the offers given by Toyota would apply (10yr/10k warranty, 2 year maintenance, 0% financing with no payments for 90 days). We were given the price and allowed to talk it over without any overbearing salesmen breathing down our necks yelling at us to "just finish it", "what will it take to get you in the car?" "what are you waiting for" etc etc etc. The price was below reported cost and about 3000 under MSRP. We applied our trade of 2500 (300 more than the other guys) and walked out with 0% with no payments for 90 days. We made the deal, and within 2 hours, we were driving away with our brand new prius. Alex was great! He was patient with my wife and I, and our 2 very tired little girls. He explained everything so we could understand it, and was nothing but awesome. His attitude and professionalism is what makes Central Florida Toyota the only place we will go from now on when we are thinking of a new car. Thanks to everyone there for such a great experience!
