I was so suprised when I came into Central Florida Toyota. I have been to other car dealers and I usually wind up in a arguement with the sales person, or the sales person walks away when they see ano Toyota. Mr. Alex Cortes was extremely helpful and informed. We were downsizing from a mini van and we didn't really know what we wanted. He took the time to show each of the models and explained the pros and cons of each for our situation. He was always friendly and never pushy. He helped us in choosing a new vehicle that would fit our needs. This is the first time I have met a car sales person who actually assisted us so greatly. After being hesitant to go to car dealers and either being ignored, pushed or argueing with them. Central Florida Toyota, and Mr. Alex Cortes will be getting all of my future car sales. I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my 2001 Dodge Stratus. When I arrived at the dealership, Luis Rivera met me at the door and asked how he could help me. He immediately walked over to a 'row' of Rav 4's and began to give me a commentary on each one, their features, engines, the works. I was so impressed with Luis' product knowledge. During my test drive, he answered all my questions. Then he located a 2010 Rav4 in my color choice and with a sun roof! A few minutes later we went inside and he gave me a quote on a 3-year lease. We negotiated and agreed on the terms and Deb in finance explained the paperwork. While we were doing that, Luis had 'my' Rav4 all cleaned up, with a full tank of gas, and parked right by the front door. Luis agreed to take care of a small ding on the passenger door, and in fact called me the next morning with an appointment. Deb from service met me at the door and an hour later, I was driving away. Central Florida offered me the same as the other dealers had offered for my trade and this was satisfactory to me since I had already checked the Blue and Black book pricing. All and all I will say my experience so far at Central Florida Toyota has been good.
