Mark Silva was a great salesman. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle and drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle that I decided to purchase. When I was ready to trade my 1995 Toyota 4Runner in, I decided to buy a new Toyota Rav4 or Honda CRV and began shopping. One dealer I went to, sent out a 'car salesman' who knew nothing about the Honda v decided to buy a new Toyota Rav4 or Honda CRV and began shopping. One dealer I went to, sent out a 'car salesman' who knew nothing about the Honda vehicle, not even how to turn the AC on. I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership, that has little knowledge about the vehicles they sell. Since I had previously purchased my 2005 Toyota Corolla Sport brand new, and had a wonderful experience at Central Florida Toyota, I recently went there to test drive their RAV4's. When I pulled into the dealership, Alex Cortes walked out to greet me. He was a most pleasant and respectful saleman, not pushy at all, with true 'people skills'. He knew where every RAV4 was on the lot, and took me for a ride to show me all the inventory they had. Alex spent alot of time with me, answering all of my questions, and was very patient as I wanted to drive multiple vehicles to be sure of my purchase. Alex introduced to his manager, Harley, who also turned out to be very helpful, friendly, down-to-earth, and respectful. Between and Alex and Harley, I knew I would buy a new vehicle from them and be very satisfied. I am enjoying my new RAV4 so much!! Thank you Central Florida Toyota! More

I have been thinking of trading in my Tacoma for another one but was a bit apprehensive that I will not get to the payment I was budgeting for. After being an automotive mechanic for some years and knowing how dealerships operate I have had a dislike for stepping foot inside one.
