We have purchased three Toyota's from Central Florida Toyota, and I would not think of going anywhere else to buy a car. We had a wonderful experience on Monday when we purchased our new car. David Zupofska was great, he never made us feel rushed or pushed and the trade in of our 2004 Toyota for the new one went smooth as silk and really took no time at all. In fact, I think we spent more time on which color to get than anything. We have all of our service done at Central Florida Toyota for both cars, Sam is our service advisor and always takes good care of us. I have driven Toyota's for about 25 years (This is my 5th) and I would never think of driving anything else! Thank you. More

I recently concluded a purchase of a previously owned vehicle in the Orlando area (of course our new member was detailed so nice that this 2008 Matrix appears and drives brand new to me:-). Our journey: I called Central Orlando Toyota late on Sunday evening around 6 pm and Mark Silva answered the phone. I explained what I was looking for and how much I could afford. He politely said he would check his inventory and call me back. We had a couple conservations (after his normal working hours-example of employee's dedication :-) and settled on a car to see the next day. Well,the short story is he found the car I wanted at the price I could afford. We came into the dealership to purchase the car on Monday. While I was at the dealership processing the paperwork I realized I forgot some speakers for my laptop ( I work as a recruiter) and within 30 minutes Jay Amaro and Avery Springette step in and provided me speakers to use while I was there..... Great examples of customer service and going the extra mile.. Even the finance, Tom Finance Manager, was great - he took to time to inform us our our options... I didn't have the opportunity to meet the crew in the garage area but I can only imagine that they work with the same professionalism that I was experiencing with the rest of the staff.. Overall - We had a great experience.... If you are looking for a new or previously car - do yourself a favor and call Mark Silva, you will save yourself a lot of time and frustration with the other guys who worry more about their sales volume then you the customer... I was looking to trade my truck in and looking to downsize. I visited a couple Toyota Dealers but honestly did not like the way i was treated. I visited the dealership on a Sunday and anyone who has bought a couple cars knows that negotiating a price is almost worse than having a tooth pulled. I told John exactly what i was looking for, what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to spend and he made it happen. I have a very busy work schedule and he went above and beyond and made the deal happen. I came in Wed night, he had all the paper work ready to go. When I was ready to trade my 1995 Toyota 4Runner in, I decided to buy a new Toyota Rav4 or Honda CRV and began shopping. One dealer I went to, sent out a 'car salesman' who knew nothing about the Honda v decided to buy a new Toyota Rav4 or Honda CRV and began shopping. One dealer I went to, sent out a 'car salesman' who knew nothing about the Honda vehicle, not even how to turn the AC on. I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership, that has little knowledge about the vehicles they sell. Since I had previously purchased my 2005 Toyota Corolla Sport brand new, and had a wonderful experience at Central Florida Toyota, I recently went there to test drive their RAV4's. When I pulled into the dealership, Alex Cortes walked out to greet me. He was a most pleasant and respectful saleman, not pushy at all, with true 'people skills'. He knew where every RAV4 was on the lot, and took me for a ride to show me all the inventory they had. Alex spent alot of time with me, answering all of my questions, and was very patient as I wanted to drive multiple vehicles to be sure of my purchase. Alex introduced to his manager, Harley, who also turned out to be very helpful, friendly, down-to-earth, and respectful. Between and Alex and Harley, I knew I would buy a new vehicle from them and be very satisfied. I am enjoying my new RAV4 so much!! Thank you Central Florida Toyota! More
