Terrible customer service. After I sold my car on May 1st I was told that the surplus check from my loan would be ready for me in 2-3 weeks. At exactly 3 weeks I was called to After I sold my car on May 1st I was told that the surplus check from my loan would be ready for me in 2-3 weeks. At exactly 3 weeks I was called to pick up the check but it had the wrong name and they said it would take 2 days to get it fixed. After 2 days I called and left a message because nobody from finance would pick up the phone. I never got a call back and kept calling everyday without anyone answering or calling back. I then went back to the dealership on Memorial Day but was told finance was not there and they would reach back this Tuesday. Again I got no call back and I keep calling and leaving messages and even the receptionist said they put an urgent callback request that would reach back in less than 1 hour. But again I have not received any answers from nobody and it has been 30 days since my car was sold. I am very disappointed as my whole family has Toyotas and we regularly service at this dealership but this is the first time I felt disrespected by them. I would like that someone reach out to me to get this resolved before I make complaints in other places. Alexandre Azevedo Takahashi More
