I was greeted by a very friendly person who was waiting for me with clipboard, knew my name and gave me his complete attention. He confirmed my info and led me into the service waiting lounge which is amazing, fresh snacks, couches, big screen tvs??? he said they just went through a complete renovation and it showed. Almost like i was at really nice hotel lobby with a concierge. A little while later he came in and said I had a minor issue, but not to worry all work was under my warranty and my loaner car was waiting for me. I was skeptical, but it was right there. They gave me the exact car I drive for a loaner car (brand new and clean), and confirmed when my vehicle would be done within my timeframe. The service advisor even helped me move all of my personal items from my car into the service loaner-- including my son's car seat! I am very impressed with this service experience and will definitely be back again. nice to know they take care of their customers when it really counts. More
Absolutely ridiculous, called 2 weeks ago to make an appt with a loaner car, called back 2 days before appt to confirm and now they say I don't have an appt and fords are not allowed to have loaner cars. For with a loaner car, called back 2 days before appt to confirm and now they say I don't have an appt and fords are not allowed to have loaner cars. Ford, Lincoln, mercury are all under the ford brand and able to be serviced interchangeably. Was transferred to the service manager and he kept insisting that I must've called the wrong dealership even though there is only 1 Lincoln dealership on colonial and also pretty much would not let me make an appt and kept telling me to call ford. Well I have already tried with 2 ford dealerships and they both had horrible service so some suggested that Lincoln has better service, clearly not! All this does is confirm that I would never buy a Lincoln or another ford for that matter bc sales is 1% of your total experience, service is where you spend your time getting things fixed More

This is a warning to all car buyers, avoid these people at all costs. They are a gang. Unethical and dishonest techniques are their routine. Raised price of vehicle after negotiating it, forced me to purchase a gap insurance and extended warrant I didn't need or want because that is the only way the bank would drop my APR!! It was also the only money they would make as they made $ 17 on my $52,000 purchase??!! No follow up calls and no answering my calls/questions after rediculously over-priced purchase. More

I stopped by the dealership and the salesperson actually raised the price. I spoke with mgr who was rude and ignorant . He insisted the they were in the "ball park " however I could prove otherwise . He didn't care the other dealers were cheaper and more customer friendly . I then called the general mgr who was equally ignorant , defending their highly inflated price. The apple never falls far from the tree . The lies and ignorance starts at the top of their command and is backed by all involved. My advise : go to a dealer that has better prices and is more customer friendly , pretty much any other dealer. I bought my vehicle elsewhere. My guess is that the sales staff is forced to be so deceptive by management . More

Would absolutely not recommend going to their body shop! Have had the run around trying to get a response about my vehicle. After having my car towed in, it took 8 days to simply get an estimate (overpriced Have had the run around trying to get a response about my vehicle. After having my car towed in, it took 8 days to simply get an estimate (overpriced) of 14 days to get my car fixed. On day 14 I was about to leave to return to Orlando to pick it up that day I received a phone call saying they found additional damage and needed more time without even so much as an apology for the inconvenience. My car has been there for 22 days, lord knows how long i will be with out. NEVER AGAIN! More
I was very much surprised by Sales Manager Mike's behavior. Said hi to him couple of times and he never acknowledged. When I made an offer on a used car I liked he refused right away and did not eve behavior. Said hi to him couple of times and he never acknowledged. I would like to warn all possible customers not to do business with Central Florida Lincoln Mercury. These people are crooks, lazy and plain arrogant. I received the most awful treatment at this deal business with Central Florida Lincoln Mercury. These people are crooks, lazy and plain arrogant. I received the most awful treatment at this dealership. From the get go, they had no interest in my concerns with my vehicle. These people are unethical at the least. There were two instances where one of the employees began arguing with me in the customer lounge, in front of not only me, but other customers! These people will charge you multiple diagnostic charges for doing no actual diagnostics. As soon as you ask to see a print out from the diagnostic machines/computers, they tell you that they can't show this to customers. This is not true as I have been given such computer print outs from other dealerships in the past when requested. These people told me I had a problem with my car in which I did not. They told me I needed a certain sensor in which did not even exist. After taking my vehicle to another dealership I then realized that the problem with my car was easily detectable to any non-mechanical person out there due to fluid/oil leaking allover the bottom of the car. This goes to show that I was wrongly charged a diagnostic fee due to the fact that the tech. at Central Florida Lincoln Mercury did not even put the car up on a hoist where they would have easily been able to see the problem. Anybody could have seen the problem immediately once on a hoist, but yet they were too lazy to do any real work, were more concerned with getting out of looking at the real reasons I was there with my car in the first place and were solely interested in trying to fool me into paying multiple diagnostic fees for nothing. I am disgusted by this place and will never return. I encourage you all to go to a different dealership than Central Florida Lincoln Mercury. More
Rob was indignant that I had not told him in advance that I may have a trade in. Obvioulsy he wanted to raise his new car price so he could show more trade allowance. He was a total jerk. I would never do business with them. More
