I brought my vehicle to this Lincoln dealership on a Saturday because a tire was low on air. Although the service department was suppposed to open at 8AM and I had an appointment for 8AM, no one showed Saturday because a tire was low on air. During check-in, I specifically asked for my tire to be inspected to ensure there were no issues with the tire. Dakkota, a service representative, checked in my car. After having it for most of the day, I was told the tire was fine and just needed air. Fast forward a few days—I'm getting ready for work and find that same tire nearly flat. I took it to a Ford dealership by my work (after getting air), and they showed me a large nail embedded in the tire. This should have been obvious during the inspection, and missing it probably means they never even looked at my tire. I called Dakkota at 11 a.m and asked for a tire qoute. I heard nothing back. I followed up at 1 p.m., and was told they were busy and they would get back to me. When I tried to escalate, the service manager, Barry, refused to take my call. By 2:30, I had to call Lincoln corporate. Corporate was able to get me a quote for a replacement tire because the dealership itself still hadn’t called me back with a qoute. I was quoted $530 for a replacement tire—over $100 more than the same tire quoted at Ford. Despite the dealership’s clear mistake, they refused to offer any discount. They did not even offer any apologies for their mistake on Saturday until after I called them out on that. Only after I told Lincoln I was going to leave a negative review did they agree to price-match Ford’s $400, citing a price match policy. This experience was not only frustrating but showed a clear lack of accountability and basic customer care. I expected better. I will not be returning to this dealership, ever, and would not reccomend the dealership to anyone. More
I just want to thank Elizabeth Tarr and all of the team @ Central Florida Lincoln for the excellent service they provided. I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destro Central Florida Lincoln for the excellent service they provided. I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destroying wires around my engine and Elizabeth got my vehicle in for repair the very next day and also put me in a beautiful loaner vehicle whike my vehicle was worked on. She also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to insure a timely reimbursement of repair my repair costs and it was all smoothly done. I really appreciate all the effort and professionalism displayed by Elizabeth and the entire team at Central Florida Lincoln. Thanks !! More
This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with in my life. Lies, and far worse off then when I brought it in. Service advisor Nelson is rude as can be and very short tempered. AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS Recently moved here from Atlanta and took my Lincoln in for an oil change and one rear wiper blade. They billed me $306.78! When confronted with this OBSCENE AMOUNT, they simply said it was how much they charge and it's in line with what everybody else charges. Never in the life of oil changes for my 2015 MKC have I paid even half of that amount. Disgusting. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. I had planned to purchase a new Lincoln within the next few months, but this experience leaves me considering not just another dealership but whether or not I'll remain loyal to Lincoln. Absolutely shocked and appalled at the way I was treated here. More

I purchased on Juneteenth so the banks were not open to do a cashiers check. So they are taking the car back and not giving the sales person the sale he deserves. They say it’s a “policy”. More
When making the deal to purchase the vehicle on 12/3/23, it was agreed that it would include the Lincoln Aviator all weather mats for the first two rows. On 12/13/23, the vehicle was delivered without the agreed upon mats. On 12/14/23 the salesperson and finance manager that were involved in the deal were contacted about the missing mats. On 12/20/23, I contacted them again inquiring about the mats. On Saturday12/23/23, I was informed we would receive the mats on Wednesday (12/27) or Thursday (12/28). Throughout January 2024, I never received the mats and tried to reach out about them without any response back. I also tried several phone calls which were ignored and never returned. On 2/9/23, I was able to get the finance manager on the phone. He promised he would get with the salesperson that day and send us confirmation the mats were ordered and on the way. As of 2/21/24 we have not received the mats or received any communication from them. Very difficult to deal with for such a small issue. More
Same as the previous person, Nelson Garcia is a nightmare. Rude and dishonest. Management defends him. My car is on an extended warranty plan and when brought in for not starting they claimed ‘we are chasing a ghost’. They tried to give it back and it stopped working when they wanted to bring it out. Two days later they hand it back again saying they cannot find the problem. Meanwhile they tried to get 1000 dollars out of me to commit to for diagnosis. Ford Mullinax offered diagnosis for 175. Most of it is covered under warranty. They are incompetent and money they ‘fixed’ the same problem 2 weeks ago but actually made it worse and did not take responsibility. They claimed nothing was wrong with the car. When I went into auto nation to buy jump cables as they did not fix the problem and I cannot bring my car I. For a few days at Mullinax the guy at auto nation offered to have a look and got the problem in 2 min and gave some good advice They are ridiculous, overpriced and underperforming, do not waste your time and money there! He was rolling his eyes and moving the receiver away from his face, like an angsty teenager, as the customer on the other end was trying to get information. He tried to sell me on tires and quoted me a price. His price did not account for the tire sale they had going on at the time, and when I asked about it at a later time, the man scoffed and said he would have given me the discount but I honestly doubt it since the service I received was also on special, and I paid full price. I went elsewhere for tires. I have been back but refuse to deal with Nelson, especially since when I asked again about the tire sale, which the official website states was going through the next month, Nelson quickly informed me that it was last month only, and again rolled his eyes as I let out a quiet scoff. I couldn't believe his audacity. This dealership has a lot of potential and the service department was otherwise great. However if the first person I deal with is an angry liar with no desire to help a customer, I would consider foregoing this dealership for somewhere more accommodating and pleasant. More
