I came in to find out why I was Smelling a burning smell I waited a hour. The service advisor told me nothing was wrong and have a good day. Took a month to fix my car (fuel pump and spark plugs) . Had to contact warranty company myself and deal with them because dealership would not. Dealership and service tech did not call me to give me any up Had to contact warranty company myself and deal with them because dealership would not. Dealership and service tech did not call me to give me any updates. Dealership was not answering my calls. Was told multiple times that it would be ready on a certain day and it wasn’t. Had to visit the dealership 6 times in a month just to get an update. Absolutely terrible communication, & no professionalism More
