Outstanding service When I called to set up the appointment for what was wrong with my van, I had no clue what it was going to cost. My service advisor went above and bey When I called to set up the appointment for what was wrong with my van, I had no clue what it was going to cost. My service advisor went above and beyond to help me, his name was Ray Lopez. He spent time on the phone with me, assisting with multiple options, then we determined I do have extended warranty and it may be covered. I brought the van in that day and went straight to Ray. He is the best person I have ever dealt with at this location. I would recommend this location just because of him. I have had previous experiences that were horrible at this location and this one has changed my mind. Thank you for that. Pam’s name is not on the list below I would like to mention her as well for getting me set up with a loaner vehicle she was the sweetest. More

Don't Listen Had set up appointment online, when I arrived it took 15 minutes for someone to even ask if I'd been helped. Agent didn't even bother looking me up in Had set up appointment online, when I arrived it took 15 minutes for someone to even ask if I'd been helped. Agent didn't even bother looking me up in computer for appointment, had to list out everything I wanted done. Called dealership 4 hrs later to find status, it was done and sitting on line, but they were waiting for rep to test drive. I showed up an hour later, no one could find my service guy and was told to have a seat, waited 30 minutes till I just asked if another person could cash me out. After paying, I walk out to truck to find they still didn't rotate tires after alignment like I had asked to have done both in person and face-to-face. Over 5hrs for two software updates and a four wheel alignment, where I can see by readout was only adjusted on front. I'll drive 30 minutes next time for better service somewhere else. More
