Not pleased with the service I was provided at all I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for my left rear blinker to be looked at. Was given my car back with a missing lug nut cap, the unlock I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for my left rear blinker to be looked at. Was given my car back with a missing lug nut cap, the unlock/lock on the driver side was hanging down by the electrical wires, and my tire alignment was all messed up. Will never go back to this location to get my Jeep Wrangler serviced because when I went back to the service desk, the gentleman I was working with only had excuses to give me. More

Air conditioner malfunction I bought my brand new car in this dealer, and it came with a scratch on a plastic piece that covers the back seatbelt. I made several requests in the I bought my brand new car in this dealer, and it came with a scratch on a plastic piece that covers the back seatbelt. I made several requests in the last two years to have this piece replaced and it was never done. On every oil change service I revisited the matter and I was repeatedly informed that there was no registered complain about the scratched piece. Another frustrating aspect Is that in the beginning and for a couple of times I had my car returned washed. Not anymore and for some time now. For the last four times my car was returned not only dirty, but left with a plastic cover on my seat and paper on the floor mat. More

the best customer service experience in a long time I had taken my truck twice for the same A/C problem and it still wasn't fixed. My service adviser was average at best. I was not happy when the prob I had taken my truck twice for the same A/C problem and it still wasn't fixed. My service adviser was average at best. I was not happy when the problem came up again and took it in. Mark jumped in to assist and he was very genuine and committed to getting the problem fixed. He brought in Steve to join the conversation. From the point and on, Steve took ownership of the problem and stayed in top of the situation. He was prompt in his communication. He diagnosed the problem with the help of a technician, ordered the part and together we coordinated to get the vehicle dropped off for repairs once parts had arrived. He arranged for a loaner for me. Overall, he does a phenomenal job representing the company. He is great to work. FYI...I drove an expensive S class and didn't get the same service when I visited Mercedes for service. Keep up the work Steve. More

Making It Right - Service Department I have used CFCJDR for many years and they have never disappointed. The service is always done within the expected time and almost always ahead of sch I have used CFCJDR for many years and they have never disappointed. The service is always done within the expected time and almost always ahead of schedule. In this instance, the last oil change was overfilled in error. I brought it to J.P's attention, and he said bring it in and I will make it right. I brought our Dodge Ram in and J.P. had Alex oversee the new oil change thru Paul the Ecodiesel mechanic. Alex was very helpful keeping me up with the process and I was back on the road quickly. I have been helped by all the service advisors here, and they are very personable and deal with your vehicle efficiently . Thank you, J.P., Alex and Paul More
