Oil Change Review I came in to get a oil change before I went to work. Alex made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. I had to leave my car and decided to pi I came in to get a oil change before I went to work. Alex made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. I had to leave my car and decided to pick it up on my lunch break. I only had 30 mins on my lunch and when I came to pick up my car he had it ready to go. Everything was quick and he really made my day. Alex listens to his customers and he provides excellent customer service. More

Went in for oil change and new tires. Return 4 hours later to wait another 2 hours for the service to finish. They scratched all my rims. Had to bring it back the next day to let them tr Return 4 hours later to wait another 2 hours for the service to finish. They scratched all my rims. Had to bring it back the next day to let them try to fix my rims. Returned 4 hours later and the buff job they did to fix my rims didnt fix it and I think they look worse in some places. I had to take my truck home because I had a flight to catch. Service manager said he would look into getting me new rims. No word from him yet. More

Took way too long, still was not right We had to wait over one month for parts to be ordered. Then when the part came in and we took our van to get serviced they still did not have the righ We had to wait over one month for parts to be ordered. Status Update My Service Advisor was GREAT! He took the time to contact the company I purchased my extended warranty from because the company didn't want to cover 1 My Service Advisor was GREAT! He took the time to contact the company I purchased my extended warranty from because the company didn't want to cover 100% of the labor that was required for my car. He "fought" with the company & when it was all said & done, I was only responsible for my deductible. It's a "good feeling" knowing that your Service Advisor has your back! More
