Terrible experience. Worked with Josh Rosenberg, brought in my 2004 Chrysler because my air conditioning has stopped working. Also wanted to do a pool car diagnostic to find out other issues. Go by Josh that my car just needed a timing belt for the air conditioner. Was quoted around $108 for everything, I still have the text messages. picked up my car from Chrysler dealership and got five minutes up the road before the car started overheating, an issue that I had never even ran into until taking my car to Chrysler. Call Josh back immediately as I was only five minutes on the road, and he began speaking on descending Lead to me and telling me that if she was my fault. I explained that I was a recent client had just picked up my car that morning and was stuck on the side of the road with two children. I completed with him to look at me as a fellow human being and asked that he get his supervisor involved. Finally, the supervisor agreed to tow the car and take a look again. Josh called me back and told me that there’s absolutely no way to diagnose the issue and why my car was overheating. He explained that there was pretty much nothing that they could do at the dealership without charging me more money. In addition, when I receive my bill from Chrysler, they forced me to get an oil change that I did not agree to when I said OK to the repairs.So now I have a car that doesn’t run, which was previously running absolutely fine before bringing the car into Chrysler. I brought it in for an air air-conditioning issue and left with a nonworking car. More
