Service on a recall part Transmission broke and my Dodge Dart was stuck in drive. This was due to FCAs recall V34. Got the car towed to the dealership on Saturday night but wa Transmission broke and my Dodge Dart was stuck in drive. This was due to FCAs recall V34. Got the car towed to the dealership on Saturday night but was sad to find out the dealership was closed and the service center would be closed on Sunday(sigh). Monday morning I had to reach out to them. Was told the car could be fixed that day. Great. I told the service tech that I had to work until 7 and asked if I could pick it up after. He said yes he leaves at 7 and would leave the keys with sales. Sadly he did not follow through with this. I got to the dealership at 8 pm. Receptionist didn’t have the keys and told me to come back tomorrow.....I told her that was not an option and asked for a manager. A very kind gentlemen came out to meet me, asked me a few questions and returned with my keys. The car stalled twice on my way home. Both at red lights luckily...but this tells me they didn’t recharge the battery or test drive it after fixing the part. Sadly I had to pay the full amount for the transmission fix even though this was due to faulty parts. Wish the dealership had offered to reach out to FCA directly to take care of billing as now I have to wait 2 months for reimbursement. Not a great and not a horrible experience at CFCJD. More

Appointment meant nothing Our service was to replace a door lock mechanism that had been ordered several months before. No one ever called that it was in - I only found out when I called. When we arrived for service, we were told that despite having an appointment there was a whole bunch of folks ahead of us and it would very likely take much longer than the 90 minutes I was told. What is the purpose of an appointment if you just take cars in order of arrival? To the service advisors credit, he did secure a loaner car for us. We were called maybe 2 hours later and asked if we wanted additional maintenance items done - we said no. Two more hours later, the advisor texted that the mechanic was having trouble opening the door -!sorry but that’s BS - I was manually unlocking the door for months. Several hours later I got notified that I could pick the car up - some 6 - 7 hours after drop off. More

Quick and helpful I came to this service center after trying two other places to fix an electrical problem. I explained the problem to Shawn and he made sure the techni I came to this service center after trying two other places to fix an electrical problem. I explained the problem to Shawn and he made sure the technician got the information and had enough time to evaluate the problem effectively. Several other maintenance items were done as well. Shawn was professional and kept me updated. I plan to use this location for future services. More
