My appt was for an oil change and a defect for an airbag. My service guy Josh tried to charge me over $300 for work I didn't ask for. Then he was supposed to send me an Uber to pick me up and ignored me once we had the disagreement. I had to get a ride to pick up the car. He changed his tune once I got there since he knows these surveys go out. Maybe the second or third time I been there and they always try to throw extra charges in there! More
