I live in NJ about 1.5 hours away from them. I was able to find the car I wanted. Kevin is incredible to work with. Everything was done for me including registration and NJ tax paper work etc. When I pick up my car, the tire monitor alarm was on. I ask one service guy (Abe White) to look at it. He want above and beyond, no paper work, no talking to the sales guy/manager excuses, he took the car into the shop and adjust the spare tire (they could know the problem when delivery) pressure right away. The registration stuff at the dealership FedEx my registration, plate and title on time and no extra charge(I heard NJ dealer wants $25 for FedEx). I think the things I see at the dealership is that all of people there works together. There were no "ask the manager" routines. Everyone knows their job and making sure the customer get the best services. The documentation fee was $55, that it!!! The dealer in NJ charges much higher plus a lot of extras that I don't need. I always buy cars from my nearest dealer, Honda, Acura, Nissan etc.. But the Toyota dealers I visted in NJ are impossible to deal with. Thank You Kevin and Central City Toyota. More
