Where do I begin with these clowns? First of all, when you schedule an appointment for service, they tell you to bring your car in after 7:30am. When you go to pick up your car, if it's 6:25pm and you have any sort of questions, the service advisor will be sure to let you know you're standing between him and getting home after a long day. No, he doesn't care about how your day went. By the way, the website says that service closes at 7pm. The door states hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm. The service advisor says the door is wrong, website is right. I'm sure his superiors would like to know that he has loads of initiative in getting this glaring error resolved and that he holds people to the erroneous hours until they call him out on it. By the way, the door gets locked at 6:30pm. So to the gentleman who rolled up to drop his car off for service at 6:31pm only to find the door locked, walking away after throwing his hands up in the air...I feel your pain. Oh and if the service advisor calls you to tell you about your car's repairs and his phone system crashes in the middle of the call, don't expect him to stick around until the system comes back up or to find another way to get you on the line. He's just not that ambitious. He'll be long gone before you're able to dial back in. By the way, there are coupons online that you can use to bring their astronomical service fees back down to cloud level. Yes, their regular price for a 5 qt. oil change is $40, which should actually be illegal. The coupons are for specific services, but they occasionally have %off coupons for any service/parts. It's common sense that these coupons can't be combined and applied to the same service line item, however I have many times used various coupons individually for separate line items. Apparently, this is at the whim of the service advisor, because my good friend who will remain nameless, took it upon himself to tell me I was foolish for thinking I could use more than one coupon during a visit, even if they were for separate services. Also, don't expect the service advisor to be discreet about his disdain for you while he gets on the phone with his manager to discuss said matter about coupons. The two of them will kibitz within earshot about how customers are always trying to pull one over on them. A quick email to Chrysler earned me a response saying the decision to allow multiple coupons lies at the dealer level, but that most dealers do allow it. So customer beware! Ask in advance. Go to another dealer if these guys are clutching their purse closely the day you're there. In fact, after reading this review I'm not even sure why you're still considering going there. There's a new dealer in Plymouth, I can't endorse them yet, but I'm going to give them a whirl. More

I had a great experiance at Central Dodge Jeep in Raynham, MA regarding my 2012 Jeep Liberty, I had a heater core issue that they covered under warranty. the core had to be replaced. Brought a Chrysler Jeep under a Chrysler "Certified Added Care Plus" Plan, only to find that this dealership would not stand behind the Chrysler plan. Rather then cover a rear windshield wiper motor, t Added Care Plus" Plan, only to find that this dealership would not stand behind the Chrysler plan. Rather then cover a rear windshield wiper motor, this dealership said someone modified the rear wiper wiring and voided the warranty. NO ONE has ever modified any wiring in this vehicle. What is the point of buying a "certified" extra care vehicle plan if this chrysler dealership won't stand behind it ? High pressure service department from the beginning, suggesting all kinds of "extra" services to be performed when you are only looking for warranty service. Stay away from this dealership. More

This shop has been overcharging my company work work that was incorrectly assessed on my Sprinter Vans (that I bought from them)for more than a year. The most recent incident involves a van that was driven to them, under full power, and only needed two glow plugs replaced. They called two days after the van was driven to them saying the van had no power and needed a 5K repair (new Turbo booster) ..when I refused to accept that (the van had full power when we gave it to them!!!!) they called the next day and said..."Oh..our guy worked all night,on his own and fixed it...you can come and get it"...when we tried to pick it up it still had NO POWER and could not go faster than 30mph. They are now refusing to release the van or negotiate . I have reported them to the Attorney General who says they cannot help since it is business to business. I would NOT recommend this company. They are not competent or honest. More
