Between the ANTHONY in body shop, JAMAR in the sales department, ADAM in the finance department and Julie in the Parts department-this is the best dealership that I have ever ever dealt with. The entir department, ADAM in the finance department and Julie in the Parts department-this is the best dealership that I have ever ever dealt with. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. CDJ of Mansfield was the exact opposite! I will not buy another Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep from any other dealership but this one. Wonderful staff hands down and all around! They’ve earned my business forever! More
Dishonest and No transparency Brought 2019 truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Windshield fluid was low ( light was on )and needed wipers. Wipers were to expensive so I pla Brought 2019 truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Windshield fluid was low ( light was on )and needed wipers. Wipers were to expensive so I planned on getting them at auto zone. When I picked up truck wiper light was off. I went and put new wipers on and tested them out, after 2 squirts the light came back on. When I called to see if washer fluid was included in the service they said yes. The clerk I spoke with checked with the tech who did the service and he said we ran out of fluid. So I now have concern if they really rotated my tires or even changed my oil. When I heard back from a manager I was told they were going to put a $10 credit on my account! I asked for a free oil change / rotation and that is what I was offered. I declined there offer and anyone that goes there for service should keep this in mind. Honesty and transparency goes a long way in customer service. Place a chalk mark on a tire and see if they really did rotate your tires or a mark on your oil filter . More
Service review This the worst service center Leased my vehicle January 2017 had an issue with the passenger side seatbelt early on in the lease left the vehicle fo This the worst service center Leased my vehicle January 2017 had an issue with the passenger side seatbelt early on in the lease left the vehicle for three or four days the service person said they would just disconnect the sensor poor excuse for a resolve to a new car problem I move the vehicle to colonial Jeep in Plymouth ma replaced the next day Fast forward a year an a half later an engine light came on I called made an appointment have it looked at was called the next day saying I never made a appointment and the vehicle could not be serviced for two weeks again took the vehicle to colonial in Plymouth repaired the next day thanks colonial you are the best the show stopper here is for the next three days I received phone calls saying I missed my appointment what a way to run a business More

Dishonest, unaccommodating, rude, entitled They try and take what they can. Size you up, see what they can squeeze you for, put on a fake smile. I have bought 3 Dodge trucks, they are 4 miles from me, and every time I have tried my best to buy there, and they find a way to chase me away. I could go on and on with negative adjectives. Tried to keep a deposit after they held it for 3 hours, son had a bad tire, warranty by Goodyear, they said min of 2 weeks, Goode Bros in Weymouth, same day. It is flat out, a disgusting excuse for a business, and that's from someone in family business for 60 years with 40 employees. Had body work done there too, the paint chipped completely off the front bumper within 1 month, but it was because of the way my wife drove the car. More

He makes me not want to ever go anywhere else for service on my vehicle and to look at Central for my next one. More

they alwas have an excuse made an appointment 1 week in advance took the truck off the road for the day I showed up on time, I did everything correct including calling the day made an appointment 1 week in advance took the truck off the road for the day I showed up on time, I did everything correct including calling the day before to confirm what I need done and was told no problem we can do it = no surprise when I drop it off they tell me "no we can't do that". all I need is the factory trailer brake controller disconnected because it only works half the time ! I know it can be done (I googled it) I even printed the instructions on how just in case they didn't know. I should have known better, up until recently this dealer wouldn't even work on my truck stating it was too big ??? (its a 3500 crew cab drw pick up) the excuse was the GVWR is 14k. but they are not smart enough to know that's not what it weighs that's what it can haul, it weighs 7600lbs so any of there 10k lifts would work safely. but no they don't know the products they sell. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE !!!!! More

I has a problem getting WiFi while waiting for my car. Joe was able to set me up within minutes. I have had my Dodge Nitro for 5 years now and each time I go there I have always had good service.
