I has a problem getting WiFi while waiting for my car. Joe was able to set me up within minutes. I have had my Dodge Nitro for 5 years now and each time I go there I have always had good service. I have to say from an honest standpoint of view, the staff was very kind, friendly, and genuine. They didn't jump out at me the second I drove onto their lot, which was a good start. Todd Desjardins was willing to "go up to bat" for me, to the general manager and was able to give me EVERYTHING I negotiated for and not only that did little things like held the door for my wife and was very respectful. I'm all about customer service being a fellow business owner. I would highly recommend Central chrysler jeep dodge of raynham, Ma. Todd Desjardins was very patient with me and attentive. It was a pleasure to deal with Todd one on one, and this entire dealership to make the deal. They actually want to work with you and sell cars, very up front no messing around. The one bad thing I could say is when picking up my brand new truck, after being detailed through the dealership They did an awful job waxing the vehicle. If they took a little extra time to wipe off all of the excess wax they would have gotten 5 stars. Other than that I cannot say enough good things. excellent experience I had a great experience getting my new vehicle through Chrysler of Raynham. I was upside down in my current vehicle and felt stuck with it. I wanted I had a great experience getting my new vehicle through Chrysler of Raynham. I was upside down in my current vehicle and felt stuck with it. I wanted a newer car with more technology but I didn’t think I was eligible. My salesman Gary Rose discussed the benefits of leasing and while I was highly skeptical, he ensured me every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked he answered them for me. I initially was interested in leasing a Chrysler 200 because I thought it would be affordable (even though I didn’t love the look of it), but Gary showed me a bright red 300 that I fell in love with. While I didn’t think it was possible for me to get it, he made it happen. He made sure to get me every discount I was eligible for in order to get the car within my budget, and he allowed me to make sure I didn’t settle when purchasing my vehicle. I made sure to get all the bells and whistles instead of just settling on a car that didn’t really have all the features I wanted. I was very particular about what I wanted and what I liked and he made sure to provide me with multiple options until we found the car I loved. The process was extremely fast and effortless on my end which made the entire experience so much better. There is nothing worse than sitting at a dealership for an entire day. The longest wait in getting my vehicle had to do with my insurance company being slow with sending my paperwork. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the salesmen’s genuine desire to get me what I truly wanted at a price I could afford and for being so thorough in answering all of my questions. More

Can't buy a truck even with a check around my neck Frustrated at the dysfunction .... I had a no finance, pay in full ability and I had to chase the dealer. To be fair, the salesman told me "he wasn't the typical salesman" and the salesman did appear to be putting in effort to find the truck that I wanted. I'm not one of those instant gratification generation millenniums, my frustration stems from the time over the course of 4 days where there were all sorts of bate and switch games of "we can get this truck" only to have "now its gone" only a few hours later. When questioning the process, I was told to go buy a Ford or Chevy. Whereas this dealer does seem to have lower prices, do yourself a favor to avoid self induced stress, forget about coming in +/- 5 days of the end of the month. I was told it has something to do with having different deals/month. Apparently the deal I arranged some 4 days before the end of the month would be invalidated at the start of the new month. Buying a truck isn't just buying a truck at this dealer. I Guess I should have reached out to Gary Rose, or Mike Galusksi, according to the (only) 3 reviews. Went to Quirk in Marshfield (which has 9 pages of reviews) and drove my new truck off the lot for $230 more than Central had worked out but did the entire deal (TTT) in 21 hours. Money well spent. More
