Don't trust their multi point inspection I'm wondering if they really inspect what they say they do. Brought in my 14 Silverado for its 2 year plan maintenance, oil change and multipoint insp I'm wondering if they really inspect what they say they do. This would be all good except for the fact that my transfer case had started (again) leaking before I brought it in for this appointment. What's with theses dealership service centers in western MA?? i went to inquire about purchasing a pre owned vehicle.i let the salesman roger know my credit wasn't up to par,,but!!i had cash he insisted on financing now they run my credit,and i owe a bank 103.00 dolla let the salesman roger know my credit wasn't up to par,,but!!i had cash he insisted on financing now they run my credit,and i owe a bank 103.00 dollars so obviously the credit part didnt go through..totally ignored the next day by roger westbrooks..so i call down there a gentleman talks to me says he'll look into it,takes my cell number says he'll call me.totally blows me off no call absolutely no courtesy to call me back.wow!!!talk about customer reps,huh!on top of that he doesnt even give me my registration from my old vehicle back,so now i have no registration in my van,i would assume thats my fault too..very very insulted,read these thank you letters in the lounge area,bet you they don't post this one,,burns me up,death in my family left me cash..and they ignore me completly.they will know who i am More
