Not only was he the guy but this guy has a team! I became a "friend of Eddie". Eddie introduced me to a team of professionals that takes the time to pay attention to the details. It's all in the details to making vehicle buying a memorable experience. I was a Ford owner for 17 years and I switched to Chevrolet. I wanted to have as an effortless of a experience on my part with minimal stress because purchasing a vehicle is never an effortless experience. It takes a team to place their time and attention to making this happen. I'd like to recognize a handful of team members. My first experience was with Sales Representative Michael Easton. He left me w/an exceptional first impression of Central. He's sharp and incredibly efficient. He's so knowledgeable of the process. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process. We ran the numbers. I purchased a 2019 Tahoe during summer Covid. Not an easy task with little inventory and when most people were furloughed because of the pandemic. After driving my previous SUV for 15 years having a newer vehicle with the modern technology and all the bells and whistles was overwhelming. Night and day difference. I was taken back when Michael reached out months later to call and wish me a happy birthday. What sales person does that?! What dealership does that?! Central does! Over time I built a relationship with other team members. Kevin the Service Manager always greets me with a warm smile every service visit. He's always personable and provides great customer service. Central contacted me expressing interest in buying my Tahoe. I couldn't believe it. I came in to run numbers once again, it wasn't the time. I asked to be kept in the loop when a new or used Suburban became available. I wanted to upgrade. I stayed in contact with Eddie, Michael, and Melissa. They notified me. I scheduled an appointment to look at a Suburban. Michael set my appointment with Joe Healy. Joe made my second vehicle purchase a good experience. Honestly I think the effort that Michael made prior over the two years made it an easier and time efficient experience with Joe. Joe is warm, friendly, relatable, and very personable. I want to recognize Melissa Losito. She's the one that seals the deals. She runs those numbers, reaches out to the slew of creditors. She makes the finances happen. She was involved with both my Tahoe and Suburban. I don't think Melissa gets the credit she deserves. She's exceptional! She streamlined the transition from the Tahoe into the Suburban. Two certified pre owned vehicles with low mileage within two years. How incredible! Central Chevrolet thank you for putting the time and attention into the details of building that exceptional customer relationship. Central Chevrolet is my dealership.
