Service dept. not helpful after you buy Service dept. makes appt. for simple repair. Unhappy consumer I am not impressed. I have a brand new 2015 Jeep cherokee that I had to tow with roadside assistance to central avenue on a saturday. They called me I am not impressed. They called me on Monday morning seeming to have no idea that it was even towed there and it took them all day to look at the car. They do not have a replacement vehicle program so I am stuck without a car and they are taking there sweet time taking a look at my vehicle to find out what the problem is. A brand new vehicle with a problem, in my opinion, should take priority. This is my second lease with central avenue and, at this point, will never use them again. More

My fiance went to get her vehicle serv The names of the employee's are withheld at this time to which an investigation into this matter is concluded. My fiance went to get her vehicle serviced and showed up at 0715hrs. The service person stated she did not have a reciept for the service which she came for and he stated he would not even touch the vehicle until 0900hrs which is when the supposed sales dept employee's show up to substantiate the work she was do for. She informed the service person that she would be willing to pay for the work if they felt unsure of the work guaranteed on the reciept and that she would resolve the matter at a later time. She just wanted to have the work done because she lives far from Yonkers and this was the place she purchased her vehicle.She asked what would be the problem in that. Then the manager decides to insult her by talking down to her and accusing her of being mentally unstable followed by a threat to have her removed. When she replied as to why she was being denied service he then denied ever having said the vehicle would not be worked on instead of acting professionally by providing the service he should have in the first place. I also feel had he confronted a man in this manner the outcome would have been much different. Ultimately he embarassed her in front of other poeple by inviting them into the conversation and questioning her integrity adding to more insult. I am a veteran and I can promise this will go to corporate headquarters and we will demand a course of action against this blatent and disrespectful behavior and request a follow up as well. Lesson here is to treat others as you would like to be treated. And if you own or work for a business then it's all about customer service. More

Brought vehicle in multiple times for recalls. Gave them all the recall info up front so they knew what needed to be done. Dropped the car off... it was not ready when they said it would be. Eventually went to pick it up and was told I had to bring it back because they needed to order parts for one of the recalls. I wish they told me that up front because now I had to bring the vehicle in AGAIN, wasting my time. Also, had taken taxis home multiple times until I learned they had a drop off service. I asked them to drop me off at home one time and was told they were short staffed and could not do it. What a surprise. I had additional similar experiences of them wasting my time, but you get the point. I would never buy a new vehicle from this place knowing in advance how their service is. More
I would only recommend this dealership because what choice do i actually have. They own all the ones in my area so i have to go to them. The short version is I do not trust my service experience. i always feel hostage to their findings and i always know that once i am done something else will break shortly after and i will have to pay again. In the words of Ben Franklin an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Every time I service my car something else goes wrong shortly after. An example will be my last service trip 3 weeks ago. I started receiving a service 4 wheel drive system message on my dash. I brought the car in and was so petrified of what they would tell me. I was nervous about the bills what else would break etc. I was happy to discover that the majority of the work would be covered under warantee. I still had to pay 600 out of pocket ( that is a lot for me, i am sure not for some but for me it is) but was OK and even had them perform optional services to thank them for being nice throughout the experience. I was more excited that i would not have to pay thousands. two weeks after this service i start getting the same service 4 wheel drive message plus a check engine light now and then. First thing i think is here we go again, why does this always happen. I make another appointment when i am greeted at the counter i explain the car was here for this exact message two weeks ago and now the sound and the message are back. i am then told by my service agent. Well did you expect the service to fix the problem we didn't say what we were doing would fix it. You can imagine how i felt at this point. I was furious inside but kept my cool. This is exactly what i expected. I get an error you charge my insurance coverage thousands and me 600 i completely expect the issue to be resolved but this service person does not believe that to be the case. My car is currently in this shop and i am awaiting the call to tell me how i owe hundreds more. Why do you operate this way, why do you in my opinion milk everyone for everything you can. I have been a jeep owner for 14 years ( multiple jeeps of course) but this will be my last one because i cant deal with the feeling of being squeezed for every penny from this team anymore. I am sorry i love Jeep cars it's the service and the cost that this dealership group has taken me for is what i can not stand. It is a shame. More
Leased my third consecutive Jeep Grand Cherokee here in December and had a minor vibration problem. Called Bill & made an appointment. He was very courteous & asked if I needed a ride home or to work after December and had a minor vibration problem. Called Bill & made an appointment. He was very courteous & asked if I needed a ride home or to work after I dropped off. I said I did & was very pleased with the sevice. The valet & all the staff could not have been more accomadating. Bill called me within 2 hours & told me the problem was resolved with no charge to me. When I went back to pick up my vehicle once again Bill & the staff were very helpful & proffessional. I keep going back here because I am very pleased with the sales staff (Roz & Jim Inginito) as well as the sevice department. Everywhere is spotless and I feel like they actually value my business. More
